Please note that the Superior Twin Room does not feature a washing machine. All other room types are equipped with a washing machine.

As of July 1st, 2023, cleaning parameters will be in effect as follows.
For consecutive stay - guests can request for 'basic cleaning' by placing a card on the door. 'Basic cleaning' will include emptying waste, changing face and bath towels, bathmat, and night ware.
For more than a 7 night stay - Cleaning the room once a week which includes bed making, towel and night ware change, toiletry replacement, cleaning and emptying waste. Any additional cleaning requests will be subject to a surcharge.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Posizione top per girare Tokyo, distante 5 min a piedi dalla metro. Quartiere bello, senza essere nel casino dei posti più turistici. Stanza accogliente e non piccola (guardate bene la metratura quando prenotate!) e pulitissima. Inoltre a noi hanno offerto il servizio gratuito di ritiro delle valigie in aeroporto e consegna in stanza, davvero super apprezzato considerando che girare a Tokyo coi valigioni non era proprio nelle nostre intenzioni. Consigliato!

Pros:

歌舞伎見物のために滞在。予想以上に近く、2分程で、到着し、酷暑の中、大変助かりました。これからも、歌舞伎座に行く時は利用したい。

フロントが一人の時間帯があり、コーヒーサービスのコーナーにカップがなかったりしたのが気になりました。すぐ対応してもらえましたが。
