Please note that the Superior Twin Room does not feature a washing machine. All other room types are equipped with a washing machine.

As of July 1st, 2023, cleaning parameters will be in effect as follows.
For consecutive stay - guests can request for 'basic cleaning' by placing a card on the door. 'Basic cleaning' will include emptying waste, changing face and bath towels, bathmat, and night ware.
For more than a 7 night stay - Cleaning the room once a week which includes bed making, towel and night ware change, toiletry replacement, cleaning and emptying waste. Any additional cleaning requests will be subject to a surcharge.

Really great first-time hotel stay!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful with questions about transportation. Breakfast was amazing and really helped start our day! The location is quite central as well and easy to find :)

Cons:

It would be nice to be able to request a bed linen change more than once per week (maybe every 5 days instead of 7?). We stayed exactly 7 days and could not make use of this service.

had a great time with family couldn't fault the hotel, wouldn't hesitate to stay here next time

Pros:

Great location and lots of free amenities that I haven’t see a lot of hotels offer

Rooms are extremely tiny but I understand that these are business hotels and not necessarily built for Western tourists.

Расположение невероятное!

Во-первых, рядом метро. Во-вторых, в пешей доступности находятся достопримечательности и магазины. Также рядом есть 2 продуктовых магазина и много кафе

Pros:

The room is small, but it did have a washing machine.
Staff was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was a huge dissapoinment, sadly we allready paid before we arrieved at the hotel and saw how awfull it was. DO NOT GET THE BREAKFAST. There are better options nearby and it is not like an ok breakfast it was a very VERY bad one.

loved the w/d feature in this hotel. helped us get ready for our kyoto/osaka trip. everything was provided in the room. great staff!! love their luggage transfer service. they helped us with this and was such an easy process. bring cash for this!! great location for the market and the shopping area. we just walked everywhere from this hotel!
