Please note that the Superior Twin Room does not feature a washing machine. All other room types are equipped with a washing machine.

As of July 1st, 2023, cleaning parameters will be in effect as follows.
For consecutive stay - guests can request for 'basic cleaning' by placing a card on the door. 'Basic cleaning' will include emptying waste, changing face and bath towels, bathmat, and night ware.
For more than a 7 night stay - Cleaning the room once a week which includes bed making, towel and night ware change, toiletry replacement, cleaning and emptying waste. Any additional cleaning requests will be subject to a surcharge.

Pros:

Very clean and centrally located near ginza line on the metro, near some of the best restaurants and shopping areas. Clean room, good breakfast with a nice view, very helpful kind staff, able to store our luggage here while travelling around the rest of the country before our return. I would come back again.

Cons:

Breakfast didn’t have the best selection, could have more options, but not terrible by any means. Rooms are very small but we expected this and experienced this in most cities around Japan.

i loved it, the area it was located in was good, especially if you love to shop.
Pros:

check in was very easy, employees were kind and helped us get earlier check in since we were switching rooms due to our itinerary changing last minute. they are able to hold your bags for you before and after check in/out.

Cons:

there wasnt anything i didnt like, it was a room that matches the price you are paying. the area is good so there isnt much to complain about, youre in japan
