Please note that the Superior Twin Room does not feature a washing machine. All other room types are equipped with a washing machine.

For consecutive stay - guests can request for 'basic cleaning' by placing a card on the door. 'Basic cleaning' will include emptying waste, changing face and bath towels, bathmat, and night ware.

Tokyu Stay hotels always deliver with clean rooms, good amenities and great locations.
Pros:

Tokyu Stay hotels offer good value for money. Washing machine is always a bonus. Great location and easy access to transport.

Pros:

移動しやすい立地で大変便利です。また、スタッフ皆さんの笑顔やチームワークの良さを感じました。
部屋には洗濯機とレンジがありとても気にいりました。
浴室のカーテンにもカビやシミがなく清潔感があってよかったです。

Cons:

良くなかったというのではなく納得もできていることを前提で書きます。
立地の良さのため仕方ないことですが素泊りでも料金が高めに感じました。
この人手不足のなか、部屋のメーキングも大変だと思います。基本1週間掃除なしという選択もよいですが、各階に充電式の小さな掃除機を2台ずつでも置いて必要時に使えるようになっていると気になる人にとっては便利かもしれません。

Pros:

Great location and room, staff were excellent my wife had a serious knee injury skiing the day before we checked in and once I informed the staff of this they let us check in early for no extra charge and also supplied us with a wheel chair to use

Konumu iyiydi, Haneda Havalimanından 30 dakika gibi bir sürede ulaşabildik. Ayrıca odalar gerçekten sessizdi. Son günümüzde dilediğimiz saate kadar valizleri ücretsiz bir şekilde muhafaza ettiler, ki bu da çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Olumsuz taraflarına gelecek olursam oda temizlenmiyor, yalnızca çöp kovası ve havlu değişimi yapılıyor, bunu bilerek hareket edin (sanırım 1 hafta üstü konaklamalarda temizleniyormuş). Benim için en önemli olumsuz tarafı ise odanın çok küçük olmasıydı. Diğer otellerle kıyaslayamayacağım için bilemiyorum ama bana göre fazlasıyla küçüktü, valizleri çok zor açtık.

Pros:

This was my first stay at this hotel, and the location is incredibly convenient. Both Higashi-Ginza Station and Ginza Station are just downstairs, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the main Ginza shopping streets, with endless dining options nearby.

The hotel facilities are well equipped. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, this is completely understandable given the prime location and really not an issue at all.

When I needed to arrange luggage delivery from Tokyo to my hotel in Osaka, the front desk staff explained the entire process clearly, including how to scan a QR code and complete the information online, which made everything very easy and efficient.

Overall, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again with my family. Thank you.
