Please note that the Superior Twin Room does not feature a washing machine. All other room types are equipped with a washing machine.

Pros:

房間內有洗脫烘衣機真的很方便，不用像其他飯店要排隊使用，浴室空間很大，不是連鎖飯店常用的又擠又小的組合式衛浴。交通算方便，

Cons:

可能因為在首都中心附近，房間大小真的有點擠，行李箱要打開有點困難，還好有些行李箱是上掀式的～
附近餐廳沒有新宿上野那樣熱鬧，很晚回來只剩吉野家或是便利超商可以吃～

A business hotel a step beyond.
Pros:

Located near shopping, restaurants, and train stations. It worked perfectly for our plans in Japan.
The washer/dryer combo in the room was a great asset for our vacation.
The room and whole hotel was spotless.

Cons:

The mattress, while comfortable, was softer than I would like.
The room was small but was expected. Even with 3 large suitcases we had enough room to be comfortable.

Pros:

I stayed already the second time in this hotel because I like the location in Ginza and the washing machine in the apartment. They also provide an iron plus board. No problem to store luggage after checkout. Ginza shopping mall is close by as is Tokyo train station. There is a subway station about 3 min. away. Lots of minimarket and restaurants are also in the area. Staff know how to handle Western tourists and help them to get around in Tokyo.

Cons:

The room is not big, but this is usually the case for a regular hotel room in Tokyo. No big choice when it comes to TV programs.

Great value for money and amazing location
Pros:

The location is excellent and offers great value for money. Having a washing machine in the room is a total game changer when traveling with a small baby.

Great place to stay with good basic facilities and walking distance in Ginza area.
Pros:

Location was perfect to most shopping and restaurants/cafes in Ginza. Everything within walking distance. Multiple entry/exits to subway be it stairs or lift or escalator, just need to find out which is which.

Friendly staff. Only had interaction during check in.

Room and toilet is clean.
Some dust on the ceiling above the bed.

Appreciate all the facilities the hotel provides.
In the common areas there is a coffee machine, area to take extra toiletries and coffee/tea, water dispenser at each floor and ice machine.
The room I stayed in has a refrigerator, microwave, Refa hair dryer and of course a washer dryer.

Cons:

Some dust on the ceiling above the bed.
The room could be a bit cramp but not by Japanese standards.

I have stayed at this hotel at least once a year for many years, and this visit showed the most noticeable improvements.

There are more staff members, the welcome and overall service have improved significantly, and the luggage delivery service from the airport is incredibly convenient. This was my first time having my luggage delivered directly to my room, which saved me valuable sightseeing time and made the trip much more enjoyable.

The coffee in the lobby is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, laundry facilities are available, and the location is perfect. Even after spending the day shopping, it is easy and convenient to return and relax at the hotel.

The only downside is that the room rates have increased compared to previous years. Nevertheless, the improved service and convenience made this a very pleasant stay.

Pros:

Great location close to a few subway stations making travel around Tokyo easy. Rooms were clean and a reasonable size. The washing machine in the rooms was great. Staff were really helpful with managing the booking when we had a few requests.
