可もなく不可もなし
Pros:

口コミ通り女性のスタッフさんとても日本語上手でした！外出の際見かけると遠くからでも笑顔で挨拶して下さいました。怪我をしてしまってすぐ対応して頂けたのは本当に感謝です。今は置いてないアメニティーもチェックインの際に頂けました
今回ひとり旅の3泊4日滞在中ほぼ外出していて寝るだけだったので私的には満足です。コンビニもバス停も近くにありDDPにも徒歩範囲です。シャワーとトイレも少し間隔があったのであまり濡れずにすみました。またひとり旅の際利用したいと思いました

Cons:

オンドルがなくエアコンの調整ができず極寒（マイナス12℃）なのでとても寒かったです。

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff with light daily housekeeping. The location is near, plenty to eat, attractions and public transportation making it easy to get around. I like that the superior rooms have shower partitions to keep most of the bathroom from getting wet.

Cons:

Laundry is readily available, but on the pricier side. Good for solo travelers, but can see the rooms being a tight squeeze for more than 1 person. While very functional, wish the rooms had slightly more amenities for relaxing like a small couch.

場所と受付の方の対応は良かったです
Pros:

受付の方は日本語で対応頂き、とても親切でした。

Cons:

暖房の温度調節が効きませんでした。
結局、暖房はつけたり消したりを繰り返していました。

場所はまあまあだが、部屋はいまいち
Pros:

場所はまあまあ。設備自体はベーシックだが、必要なものはだいたいある。駅からも遠くないので、ロケーションもまあまあ。屋台食べ歩きのできる広蔵市場なども徒歩圏。

Cons:

・部屋の匂いが気になった。スタッフに申し出て見てもらったが部屋の匂いだとのことだった。自分としては匂いに敏感ではないつもりだが、初めて匂いが気になった。壁に貼ってある布の塗料の匂いか何かのような気がしたが、何の匂いかわからなかった。ほかの部屋も同じだと言われたので、少し窓を開けて寝て、我慢して二泊した。特に不調になることはなかったが。
・デスクが狭かった。一応パソコンは開けるが、余裕がない。もう少しデスク上のスペースがほしい。

便利で安心の滞在でした。
Pros:

ホテルのスタッフさんがとても親切で、日本語もとても上手でした。
また到着が遅くなり、チェックインが遅れてしまうことを連絡した時には、快く対応していただき、とても助かりました。部屋もとてもきれいでした。
街へ出るのにも、たいへん便利です。
