The size of the room and the terrific view overlooking Lake Toya.

No water kettle in the room. There is a cozy pantry at the end of the hall but having one in the comfort of my room is more ideal.

Lake View Hotel with spacious rooms
Pros:

All hotel rooms have lake view, our room had a jacuzzi tub with a view. The rooms and beds were spacious! Parking was very easy. Easy access to the town centre.

Cons:

You do have to change your shoes into slippers when you first enter which is no big bother. No elevators, so if you are in the second floor, you have to carry your luggages up a short flight of stairs

Had a most comfortable n relaxing stay at Cocoa Resorts
Pros:

The room is spacious and well equipped with amenities. Separate toilet and bathroom is much appreciated. We had a beautiful view of the lake and we could watch the fireworks from our rooms.

Cons:

Lack of eateries near the hotel . Nonetheless had nice Hokkaido ice cream n dinner at the LakeHill farm.
