Neat and convenient
I paid for 6 nights, but due to some emergency, I had to cut my trip short and stay for 4 nights. Despite writing to the hotel management to consider me for a refund, they refused.
I don't think this is proper for a hotel in a country that prides itself as a country with almost zero corruption.
A great location for the city shopping, also handy to mrt and buses. Room was average size, not too small, clean and comfortable. good buffet breakfast with plenty of variety.
Swimming pool on top floor deck needs maintenance. We also had trouble with one lift to get back down but managed to find access to another lift.

Nice size room, good shower. Nice breakfast. Used pool which was a nice size.
TV didn't work when we got to the room, but it was sorted by the time we returned to our room.
