Pros:

Hotel rinnovato comodo alle escursioni con tanti servizi.
Mini club, mtb (un po datate a dire il vero) a disposizione, lezioni di tennis e nordic, piscina e idromassaggio, vasta scelta di escursioni organizzate e centro di equitazione vicinissimo.

Hidden gem! Well priced and excellent location
Pros:

I have been to this hotel for four years with a school party and after leaving wanted to return as I have always enjoyed the hotel and the skiing.
I returned with a friend and can not recommend the hotel enough. The food is great (I’m not sure what other reviews mean about repetitive). Breakfast is a true continental breakfast, a huge selection of cakes, croissants, yogurt and fresh, dried and fruit in syrup. Plus cheeses, meats and pates with fresh bread rolls. Lunch is 4 course- first course is a huge range of vegetables and salads, sometimes with savoury pastries/pies, second course is a choice of four dishes, mainly pasta (always includes a tomato based pasta) sometimes with a soup choice. The second course is an ‘oven’ course - mainly meat based, you can also go back to the salad course at any time. Then a dessert course - if you can manage it! We only had the salad and one other course. Wine is included. Dinner is the same= I sometimes think that if you are English some of the dishes can be lost in translation. You will NOT go hungry.
The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The hotel is very reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The skiing is great, the slopes are busier at weekends and maybe not very challenging for experienced skiers but do me fine.
Hoping not many people read this review so that I will always be able to book a room and the price increase!

Hotel Polsa Ski Hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for 6 nights, great for Ski holiday, food good, but same selection most nights, rooms clean, but basic. The wifi was very slow & no British stations on the TV. Overall the hotel is fine as a base, but no other shops or bars in the area.

Nice family hotel
Pros:

This hotel is intended for families on vacation that want to attend the ski resort nearby. Friendly staff, food is OK, average room. The heater was too hot during the night and we couldn't find any employee to fix it, thus we had to open the windows in wintertime. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
