Posizione eccezionale ma la pulizia potrebbe essere migliore
Pros:

Posizione eccellente a pochi passi da Bui Vien Street, la via pedonale della vita notturna, da un bel parco e da tantissimi locali e negozi tra cui un 7Eleven.
Staff gentile e disponibile
Wifi ottimo - ascensore funzionante
Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono - la camera singola è molto piccola ma comoda, ho apprezzato il bagno privato.
Avevo scelto questo alloggio come soluzione a HCM senza grandi pretese ed è andata in linea con la mia idea

Cons:

La pulizia della camera singola poteva essere sicuramente migliore soprattutto il muro.
La pulizia della camera e del bagno andrebbe migliorata, le prese elettriche sono vecchie.

Staff was great, facilities were great, & whatever they washed the sheets in smells amazing

Cons:

I checked out early because of the overabundance of rats. Let me say, I didn't see any rats INSIDE the building, but in the alley & in front of the building after sundown, they were everywhere. I have a rat phobia so I checked out after 1 night. Didn't ask for a refund or anything. Again I say. I DID NOT see any rats inside the building

위치가 관광지 근처에 있어 이동하기 좋았습니다. 가격이 저렴한 편이고 근처에서 간단한 식사를 해결할 수 있었습니다. 직원의 응대는 만족스럽지 않았지만 빠른 편이었습니다. 퀄리티 수준에 딱 맞는 숙박비네요.

Cons:

저렴한 가격이어서 창문도 없고 접이식 침대인 것을 감안하고 택했지만 침대를 접지 않으면 문도 열 수 없는 정도의 불편함을 감수해야 하는지까진 몰랐습니다. 그리고 첫날에 엄청난 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘 수 없었고 해당 사항을 녹음해서 직원에게도 들려줬지만 말도안되는 여러가지 이유를 말해서 더 당황스러웠습니다. 다음날 낮시간이 너무 덥고 지난밤 자지 못해서 낮에도 쉬려고 들어갔다가 그때도 소음이 들려서 잘 쉬지 못했습니다. 두번째 날 저녁에는 다행히 소음이 없었습니다. 엘리베이터 작동하는 소리는 아주 약하게 들리는 정도입니다. 방에는 잘 정리 되어 있긴 했지만 화장실에 거미줄 청소가 안되어 있었어요. 아 그리고 카드결제시 3%추가요금이 있다는 것은 예약 전에 미리 안내되어야 할 것 같습니다.

The front desk is accommodating. Layla let me checked in early without any payment.

Cons:

Since it wasn’t soundproof, I can hear noises (laughing, talking) which happened very early morning but the front desk notified them to be a bit quiet.

It was a 2 min walk to the centre and super easy to find. The room was exactly as expected and the staff was very welcoming.
