This is only a small property (good) the management do all they can to help in any way.
All the fittings, sheets, pillows and decor are top quality.
The area is good, close to the harbour and night markets.
There are no lifts, and the stairs are steep...thats just how it is.

Girl at the front desk is above and beyond. Probably one of the best service I've ever got. And the hotel and the cafe downstairs are beautiful. Made us wanna stay longer!

必须特别说一下，服务真的非常贴心。check in的时候就详细问清楚了之后的航班或者出行安排，当时就替我订好了taxi，然后给了我一份周边的地图。welcome drink也非常好喝。
和图片里看到的一样，是美式工业风的酒店，实际比图片里更有冰冷感，和贴心的服务很有反差萌。我觉得我是不容易被装修影响情绪的人，但是这个装修还是让我觉得心里空荡荡的，敏感的朋友请考虑一下。
春节的时候旁边正在举办庙会，因为合艾的华人比较多，春节氛围浓厚，甚至还有京剧戏台，当然歌舞晚会也必不可少，非常热闹。也就是从这一段开始到李花园酒店，一路上全是吃的，我真的从没见过这么长距离的夜市。合艾真的太让我喜欢了。

Modern and brand new, spacious rooms, well equipped (only missed the kettle in the room to make coffee), quality air condition, good service. Not on the main street, however, still a bit noisy at night. Would recommend to introduce breakfast option as part of booking.

Friendly and sincere hospitality. Also really appreciate the time and effort taken to describe the places to visit on the map. You definitely need to eat at the dimsum and fish stores 3min away. They aren't reviewed on the internet, and we won't have gone there if the staff didn't recommend. They were so good that we back there twice in our short stay.

Pro: friendly staff. Not far from eateries.
Con: restroom! No soap. The design of the tap is so weird that it constantly splashes water out of basin.

This is a really great boutique hotel with a cool modern industrial design. I loved it. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The small cafe is nice and the coffee was delicious. Best of all is the staff. They were some of the sweetest, kindest people I encountered on my trip. They offered to help me with everything including my onward travel arrangements. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if ever in Hat Yai. The positive reviews and high score that it has are well deserved. Thank you!

The service was exceptional! Amy and crew were really really helpful. Property looks just like the photos as well. Will definitely recommend to whoever who's going to Hatyai next.

We love the design of the place. The staff are very professional n friendly n helpful. The welcome drink is impressive. Not for one who looking for a swimming pool. But I do t need. Overall very good.
