Like that its within walking distance of mall and night market. Little stressed by the AC though, not able to doanual adjustment
First and the most unbelievable experience I had was about Iron and iron board when this 4 Star claimed hotel told me that in this hotel they don’t provide iron or iron board to guests. I literally was in shocked as it was 1st time in my travel experience across many countries I have never face this problem. Also they do not provide any hand wash or face wash or any soap in this hotel. Breakfast served in a place where I think people booked their weddings or other ceremonies and there is no egg station in this again 4 star claimed hotel. I was feeling like I have been invited in a wedding where there is no one to receive guests. In the whole menu there is only one dessert option beside few fruits option. I don’t know who is running this hotel but let me tell you it is running by extremely incompatible, incompetent and non professional management. Next time if anyone dare to book this hotel then pls bring your own iron and soap to wash ur face or else you have to use body wash gel on ur face.
Nice hotel, convenient to shopping centre
At low price one cannot expecttio high service standard. It's very good indeed for low price paid and even canecwih free breakfast. very Good location as a big shopping mall is just across the road on the opposite side

Hotel room, breakfast were acceptable but service very bad. Travellers who wanted massage please spend some money to take tuk tuk to other place for massage. Don't take the bell boys recommendation for in-house massage. Double expensive than the massage parlour and they send are those aunties like cleaning aunties with no proper procedure of massage technic and got to use own towels, suppose to have 1hr massage instead but 40 mins they finish it abruptly. Suppose 1.5hr massage for 400 baht become 40 mins massage. One of my friends agreed to have the oil body massage without telling how much and session end up finish in 1hr ans charged 700 baht. Scammers.. feel cheated. Confronted the bell boy and he just apologize without any solution for us and disappeared.
Enjoyed staying there very much, wish we had more time to enjoy the pool. Restaurant was excellent
Couldn’t do much to incessant rain. When no taxi showed up, receptionist Billy, gave a ride to the bus station for my bus to Phuket. Exceptional service in time!

冲凉房没有让你放洗漱用品的架子也没有让你挂衣服的钩子。
酒店竟然能把保险箱放在地上的高度,让我们蹲地操作取物。
两个单人床只给四个衣架子,每人只有两个可怜的衣架子
餐桌竟然有食物残渣,我拍照了,桌椅摆放糟糕走道拥挤,早餐毫无卫生可言, 食物没有盖起来, 难以想像 每个人站在食物前说个不停唾液满场飞,每人捐一滴口水,恶心死了,脏死了,全程我们完全没有吃酒店提供的早餐,尽管是免费的, 如此恶心肮脏,我才不稀罕!!
到了某一晚,楼下宴客厅有活动, 真的难以想像酒店竟然让他们开着雷打般响亮的喇叭音乐吵到半夜一点!!
糟糕透顶的房间服务, 那天跟他们讨要纸巾与厕纸,她们竟然在隔天才给我们!!我已经再次拨电提醒她们不下两次!!
再再再也不会光顾,就算是免费的!!

Location is more inland but Perfectly located across from the most fancy mall in HatYai. 6 minutes walk from ASEAN night bazaar. It about 15 minutes drive to downtown. Clean; 10/10 friendly staff and service. Didn’t get a 5/5 because: Shower area need better cleaning or some fixing. Unfortunately got water flies. Water suspended/leaking during shower causing wet soaking floor (bad by design.) Breakfast buffet makes it up!!! Plenty of selections and decent quality foods. Not a bad place to stay honestly, keeping the price in mind. Thank you Kob Khun krab
It was a good hotel beautiful room and pool. But one note is that the hotel had about maybe 4 ballrooms will always packed wedding all day to night. I felt out of place.

Will call to reserve a room but the service is very poor. The first time I called, the front desk staff probably transferred the wrong call to the housekeeper. Then the housekeeper hung up the phone again. After the second round, I called. The front office staff transferred the call to another department, just providing customer information was not professional.
Convenient location. There's a big mall across the road, with plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarket. It is also near a few night bazaars.
The hotel rooms are large and airy. It has a large rooftop pool that I can actually swim laps in!
The reception girls were also very helpful — one of them really helped me out when no Grab driver was willing to pick me up from an out-of-the-way temple.
However, it would be great if staff, especially at the front desk, could be given conversational English lessons to improve service, since there are many guests who don't speak Thai.
This is one of the worst hotels I have encountered. Its a mosquito hotel,imagine sitting in the lobby and the only thing I could do is kill mosquitoes while waiting for checking in. We got a free room upgrade only at 4.30pm and even that the water heater was not functioning properly. I complained the next day and told them before leaving,please repair. They acknowledged but did nothing besides cleaning my room. The swimming pool was beautifully in place but the chlorine level in the water was too much. It really hurt the eyes. I didn't enjoy the hotel at all because the check in process and check out was horrible, despite complaining to the staff on mosquito they just ignored while all their guest kept killing them ,room was the most sad part where the water heater was a spoiler. N I forgot to also mention the receptionist are very rude too. Overall I would rate a 1 /10 for this hotel for spoiling my wedding anniversary. I booked this for 2 nights. I have a video of the mosquitoes bitting us but can't post as it is a large file and doesn't allow me to proceed to post. For RM450 Plus I paid ,I don't expect such bad experience
Newer wing has more power socket and bath tub. However water from bath tub not hot the day I using it.
Most disappointing is the wifi throughout 3 days stay the wifi is very very weak and could connect to my phone and tablet. I was on the 6floor towards the last few room.

Usually before i book a hotel that i never been before, i will always look into Tripadvisor for sincere review from the guests. I read alot of bad review from this hotel but i still think positively.
On 2nd September 2023, i check in this hotel. The entrance door is not inviting as its located at road side, looks like a budget hotel. Upon reaching the reception counter, they ask for all the guests passport. I was being honest and told them that 3 guests will be in 1 deluxe room.
This receptionist said that we need to pay extra 700 baht/night for the extra person(no extra bed, free breakfast). We was shocked. Because thru my experience, i never get any penalty for extra 1 person tho my niece is just young teenager. But we still agree to pay. Maybe because of the hotel policy. Plus we need to pay 1000 baht deposit even though we already make full payment for the stay.
When you check in the room, we was shocked again because they gave us a queen size bed. Come on! You know that we are 3 person, please use common sense and give us a twin bed at least! We went down to ask them. They said on that day twin bed all full. Then how are we going to sleep in 1 bed?? When we try to pestering them and tried to explain, the receptionist was not happy and squint at us. But the duty manager attend to us and for quite sometimes explaining to us the policy and no twin bed. But after a quite long arguement, they end up give us a twin bed room. They said twin bed room full???
I don’t have a heart to take photo of the hotel. That was the first time I travelled to Hat Yai and i already disappointed. For the muslim, the hotel breakfast is not halal. But according to the hotel receptionists, no pork no lard. All is international food, which to me is not.
What i can say is whatever review said bad about the hotel, all is true. Unless you want to gamble to try. Shopping near? For Central festive mall, yes. But you need to crossover the overhead bridge. To cross on the road is totally unsafe. The rest is quite far. You still need a transport.
