Very compact room

The staff, with the exception of Mr. Issac, displayed an extremely unprofessional and dismissive attitude throughout my stay. The air conditioning was not functioning, and the only response I received was to “give it some time.” I was forced to change two rooms just to get a partially working AC.
The hotel repeatedly used their bulk booking as an excuse for every issue. If they were genuinely overwhelmed, they should not have accepted additional reservations. This stay was absolutely not worth the ₹6,000 I paid.
An additional ₹1,000 was charged for an “extra bed,” which turned out to be nothing more than a basic mattress. Basic amenities such as pillows, towels, and even drinking glasses were not provided unless specifically requested.
When I raised these concerns, the staff responded rudely, stating that I “should have checked before booking.” To make matters worse, due to the language barrier, the staff openly spoke among themselves in front of me while I was complaining, which felt highly disrespectful.
The restaurant timings are extremely inconvenient, operating for barely an hour during each meal slot. The bathroom was unhygienic, and the health faucet was visibly dirty with white water stains.
It is also extremely disappointing that Booking.com suggested this as one of the best hotels in the area. Based on my experience and the condition of the property, the reviews appear misleading. I would strongly advise others not to rely blindly on the platform’s recommendations.
I sincerely hope this review helps at least one person avoid this hotel. If this review is removed by the hotel, it only reinforces my decision to never return.
Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this property to anyone
Really a neat room and neat maintanence
Nothing like that...
It was cheap
I spent the whole night , literally the while night killing mosquitoes. They had an anti repellent that was not working, a kettle that was not working and no hot water
Staff were very courteous and nice
I was greeted by a cockroach and mosquitos in the room as soon as i walked in. No hamdwash soap or shower gel. Shower didn't work either. No hot water also
