14 yaşındaki oğlumla birlikte bu otelde 7 gün konakladım.
Ne yazık ki konaklamamız çok rahatsız edici bir olayla başladı. Booking üzerinden 1 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk için çift kişilik oda rezervasyonu yaptırmış ve ücretini tamamen ödemiştim. Otele vardığımızda resepsiyondaki görevli, odanın çift kişilik olduğunu ancak ödemenin yalnızca bir kişi için yapıldığını söyledi. Oğlumun konaklaması için ayrıca 150 Euro ödemem gerektiğini belirtti.
Dil engeli, yol yorgunluğu ve yaşadığım stres nedeniyle o anda rezervasyon onayımı bulmakta zorlandım ve giriş yapabilmek için ilave 150 Euro ödemek zorunda kaldım.
Daha sonra odada Booking rezervasyonumu kontrol ettiğimde, hem benim hem de 14 yaşındaki oğlumun konaklamasının tamamen ödenmiş olduğunu açıkça gördüm. Bunun ekran görüntüsünü Türk vatandaşı olan akrabalarıma gönderdim. Türk akrabam bizzat otele gelip rezervasyonumu ve ödeme bilgilerimi resepsiyon görevlisine gösterdikten sonra ancak 150 Euro tarafıma iade edildi. O zamana kadar yaptığım açıklamalar dikkate alınmamıştı. Daha sonra bunun Booking kaynaklı bir hata olduğu söylendi, ancak rezervasyon onayımda her şey açık ve doğru şekilde görünüyordu.
İlk verilen oda çok karanlıktı; manzarası bir duvara ve merdivenlere bakıyordu. Pencereler son derece kirliydi ve uzun zamandır temizlenmemiş gibi görünüyordu. Banyodaki sürgülü kapı arızalıydı. Kapanmadığı için duş alırken veya tuvaleti kullanırken kapıyı bir terlikle sıkıştırarak kapalı tutmak zorunda kalıyorduk.
Durumu Türk akrabama anlattıktan sonra, kendisi tekrar resepsiyona giderek oda ile ilgili sorunları personelle görüştü. Bunun üzerine odamız değiştirildi. Yeni oda biraz daha aydınlıktı ve manzarası daha iyiydi, ancak pencereler yine kirliydi ve banyodaki sürgülü kapı sorunu devam ediyordu.

I paid an extra $120 cash for a room upgrade to the king suite, as well as a room decorative surprise for my wife. What we got was a few scattered rose petals, a rotten fruit platter, and cheap bouquet. Additionally, the room itself was a complete disaster. It was completely barren, with missing basic amenities such as napkins, TV remote, and windows...the room had no windows. Instead it had plastic tarps with holes in them covering where glass should be. This allowed cold air to constantly enter our room. Combined with heating issues on the first night, it was a miserable experience. The coffee and glass cups in the room were dirty, the fridge smelled disgusting, the main bathroom shower and toilet were clogged and leaking—meanwhile the second bathroom smelled rancid. To top it off, the jacuzzi (the main reason prompting the upgrade) was filthy. With all of this, the front desk did absolutely nothing to address our concerns, even the most basic ones. For example, I had called them three times to ask for napkins and ended up having to grab them myself from the hotel restaurant. I had stayed at this hotel before and the basic room was decent with an amazing breakfast...so with the amount I paid for their supposed "best" room I was left completely and thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend this establishment to any traveler.
