I paid an extra $120 cash for a room upgrade to the king suite, as well as a room decorative surprise for my wife. What we got was a few scattered rose petals, a rotten fruit platter, and cheap bouquet. Additionally, the room itself was a complete disaster. It was completely barren, with missing basic amenities such as napkins, TV remote, and windows...the room had no windows. Instead it had plastic tarps with holes in them covering where glass should be. This allowed cold air to constantly enter our room. Combined with heating issues on the first night, it was a miserable experience. The coffee and glass cups in the room were dirty, the fridge smelled disgusting, the main bathroom shower and toilet were clogged and leaking—meanwhile the second bathroom smelled rancid. To top it off, the jacuzzi (the main reason prompting the upgrade) was filthy. With all of this, the front desk did absolutely nothing to address our concerns, even the most basic ones. For example, I had called them three times to ask for napkins and ended up having to grab them myself from the hotel restaurant. I had stayed at this hotel before and the basic room was decent with an amazing breakfast...so with the amount I paid for their supposed "best" room I was left completely and thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend this establishment to any traveler.

Nisam sigurna da bih ponovila boravak u hotelu.
Pros:

Obzirom na dostupnost TUYAP kongresnog centra, lokacija hotela je odlična.

Cons:

Objekat je dotrajao, neophodna je obnova istog, posebno smještajnih jedinica.
Cijelu noć oko hotela, u kasne sate, bageri su rovili ulicu, tako da se nije moglo spavati.
Doručak je bio prilično oskudan.

The room is not bad.

Cons:

i booked Livello hotel, and on the outside there was Empire hotel. So it took us several time to actually understand that it changed the name.
Food is like made of plastic and take out from a freezer. That is not breakfast for a 4 star hotel.
The location has an insane amount of traffic

Расположение возле выставочного центра, чисто аккуратно приветливый персонал, хорошая постель 🛏️. Номер с окнами в сторону двора, было тихо. Парковка есть под отелем,Отель хороший.

Cons:

Подушки жесткие, завтрак хоть и включен, но слабый.
