Goede locatie, heel lekker restaurant, vriendelijk personeel.
Kamers waren niet helemaal geluiddicht. Dus je hoort 's nachts wel heel veel straathonden blaffen.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant war sehr lecker. Auch der Flughafentransfer hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir wurden in der Ankunftshalle empfangen.

Staff were super friendly and kind. They made the stay exceptional. The Sri Lankan breakfast was very delicious and the amenities provided were really good. Overall, it was a great short stay
Just a note, that the property doesn’t have any elevators so it might be difficult to access rooms for people with mobility issues.
We stayed here for one night after a long n haul flight. The hotel arranged a friendly driver to collect us from the airport. Our room was really nice, clean and relaxing. The reception and other staff members were really welcoming and friendly. We booked spa treatments for the morning which were fantastic. Overall great for 1 night stay!

There was nothing we didn't like, but we only stayed one night.
Room was Clean and comfy, Staff were all very friendly and accomodating. We had dinner at Salt which was lovely and the free shuttle service was great. Great comms from the hotel prior to our stay too, to arrange dinner and the shuttle service.

The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. I liked that we also had a balcony and we had a fabulous massage in the spa! Sanduni and Ruwani on reception were very helpful.
Our room was the closest to the restaurant and we could hear noise until late evening and from 6am the next morning. There were some rooms that were much quieter, which I had requested but our room was not quiet. It was a pity because everything else was really good. Also there was no free shuttle to the airport, as it was high season apparently. We were notified of this after the booking was made but it is a bit deceptive.
Checked in for the day as we had very late night flight. The Spa was the highlight, and the staff at reception and the Spa were delightful. Couldn't adjust our TV, but a quick call to reception and technician was in our room within moments!
