A very nice hotel with a very good price point. The location is a bit out of the way though

The room was small, the toilet and shower in the same room 4' x 4' not very hygienic. The bed was extra firm. I had to fold the doona cover up to improve the mattress so i could sleep. Some patrons were very noisy late into the night and early morning. And talking very loudly at 5am. Not able to sleep too well because of the noisr

A bit far from transport and convenience

The staff was very friendly and nice. The accommodated my schedule for an Ultimate Frisbee tournament. Breakfast was normally 7-10 but they prepared breakfast for me and my wife at 6:00 am so I had time to eat and leave by 6:30 am.

Only complaint was the beds were harder than standard Asian beds.

Over all was a good stay for a short trip in and out over a weekend.

The aircon stops last night, while we are sleeping. That's why its very hot. And we are not sleep very well.

Breakfast is already included when placed the booking but when not arranged during stay the hotel.

Got trouble on key card system, need to contact reception counter every day.

Found molds at rest room ceiling.

No housemaid to settle the room, guest have to request the service at reception counter.

Excellent location good value for money at price point

it was a pleasant stay. Had to change room as room power was not functioning when i chucked in.

It was a fine stay. Nice staff at the reception. Nice room but cold shower, which I don’t like.

Property was okay . The surrounding area is filthy streets with litter all over. There were barking dogs at various times in the night. The staff was cooking the over priced breakfast early in the morning right underneath our room. The hotel is surrounded by lanes so we felt unsafe going out aftet dark.

previous reviews talked about beds being hard but I guess its relative because we like hard beds and though the bed was comfortable. The room was very pleasant and the location was nice even though a little distance from many activities. The hotel provided a tuktuk to take us to public transportation so we were very pleased.

Fitness and pool major let down. The room was ok comfortable beds but the surrounding area to the hotel left a lot to be desired. Very scruffy .

Very nice and pleasant staff all round very decent hotel to stay in. Good value and nice staff. The only thing I would say which was a little bit of. Let down but not a massive big deal was the breakfast. Would be nice to have a different variety each day instead of the same repeative breakfast each day.

Breakfast should be complementary because you arw living in village area
