Overpriced stay for European Athletics
Pros:

Clean, excellent facilities in the rooms, very nice staff on reception. Good location. Aircon!

Cons:

The price had been doubled for the weekend of European Athletics Champs, so although it was an excellent hotel, it was still poor value for money for a hotel in Birmingham.

Lovely place to stay, a bit far out the way of the city centre about a 20 minute walk but no problems besides that

Excellent customer service at the reception

Cons:

The bathroom door didn't have a lock. For some reason the toilet flush button was very difficult to push in. We could hear people walking about in the flat upstairs for most of the night.

Great value; excellent venue
Pros:

The set up of the apartment was fabulous and it felt very spacious for two people. The facilities were great and the service exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.
