Great value for money
Pros:

Amazing location where you can walk right on to the canal, great little room with everything you need, huge comfy bed, shower was really powerful. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Noisy guests getting in at 4am but this just comes with a city centre hotel I imagine.

Lost a pair of shoes receptionist at Charlotte street wanted to know my room numver but as it was a week ago I couldn't remember she then proceeded to say without it she cant help. I asked why she couldn't look up my name and find the room eventually after asking 5 times she did. I asked her name and she refused to provide it. Lost shows and unhelpful staff

Perfect for a short stay

Great location, comfy beds and welcoming staff

Cons:

Not as clean as I wanted it to be, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and our cot didn’t fit in the room beside the bed. The guests above us were also very noisy.
