Good location, seamless check-in and processes
Floor was sticky all throughout
V pokoji jsme měli absolutně všechno, co jsme potřebovali (i nepotřebovali) 🙂 Kompletně vybavená kuchyň, myčka, kávovar, konvice, nádobí, žehlicí prkno, žehlička... Využili jsme i laundry s pračkou a sušičkou (za poplatek - celkem za oboje asi 7£). Na uvítanou jsme dostali nanuka 😁
U snídaně nám chyběla čerstvá zelenina a větší výběr nesladkého pečiva.
Staff and room was nice
Toilet didnt flush properly , some amenties with cofee and tea were missing and there was not enough towels for two people

TV was so dark couldnt see the picture, missing bedding and towels, took 2 visits to reception to resolve
We had a great time
Good location. Friendly staff. Fairly spacious.
The sofas were really uncomfortable. Everything felt a little bit grotty- the bathroom floors were black. We figured it was because they had recently been grouted and the grout was coming away in chunks and leaking black residue all over the floor which wasn’t pleasant. It felt like the apartments were made for bachelors- there was no dressing table of mirrors, no drawers and only one bedside table in each room.

Location was great - walking distance of everywhere - overlooking canal and quiet. Plenty of extras like milk, tea and coffee, kitchen equipment including washing up stuff, extra towels and the best bonus - full aircon - fantastic in the heatwave. Place was clean, receptionist was lovely, really friendly and helpful.
Kitchen was a little small and leads from electrical items were over cooker and/or sink which was a bit dangerous. Parking in their own space next door was convenient but very expensive
