Pros:

Very close to so many things including Sealife, High Street and the Utilita Arena. The staff are so supportive and helpful, and have security in the later hours which makes it feel a lot safer. The beds are actually so comfy as well which is always a plus.

Cons:

Genuinely nothing. I stay here everytime I have a concert in the arena and I love it every-time.

Poor team management, communication and

Everything was fine in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Cons:

Twice I was walked in on my maintenance men who claimed they needed to fix something in the room and didn’t know it was occupied. TWICE in an overnight stay. The first was just an hour after I checked in and then again in the morning a different maintenance man walked in on me while I was naked. They didn’t even knock beforehand to double check, just opened the room and walked straight in. Both said they weren’t aware it was occupied. This is extremely concerning and made me feel very unsafe, imagine if I had been travelling solo. Spoke to the team at reception and were told they’d look into it. Should not have happened in the first place, not the first time but especially not the second time.

Won’t be going back. Would not recommend
Pros:

Central to where we wanted to be.
Welcoming and helpful staff.

Cons:

1st room was very smelly, a strong smell of previous occupants dinner. Sheets to both beds were covered in hairs! Yukkkk!
Floors were sticky and paintwork could definitely of done with a clean. We asked to be moved to another room. Reception staff were happy to arrange this. New room was somewhat cleaner, but I’m glad I was only there for one night.
