Pros:

Great staff, great location

Cons:

We arrived at about 8pm and the room wasn’t set to our agreed layout. The staff responded quickly, moved us and had everything sorted. They gave us free breakfast and sweets for the kids to make it good. They saved us from complaining

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement : proche du centre-ville.
Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Rien de particulier, a l'exception de la porte de la salle de bain gonflée qui en gênait l'ouverture.

Prima voor de 2 nachten dat we er waren, vorig jaar hadden we een betere ervaring.
Pros:

- Heel vriendelijk personeel
- Locatie voor ons prima ivm bezoek aan Arena (ongeveer 10 min lopen)
- Koffer kan je gratis achter laten in een kluisje, dit voelt heel veilig aan.
- Kitchenette heel handig

Cons:

- We vonden een slipje van een vorige bewoner
- Topper is te groot voor het bed waardoor je aan de zijkanten eraf rolt
- Vroeg inchecken kostte nu 20 pond terwijl we een jaar eerder een gratis upgrade en vroeg inchecken gratis kregen.
- Heel warm op de kamers en in het hotel

Good value for money
Pros:

A well equipped kitchenette and even a washing machine in the room! Didn’t expect these for this price range. It’s like an apartment, not just a hotel room.

A TV that can actually enable chromecast too. Happy that we can enjoy All England on the TV screen. I like the wooden floor instead of carpet too. Feel more hygienic.

The bed is big enough for three people. We didn’t need to sleep on the sofa bed.

Cons:

Some staff members are not the most welcoming. Didn’t bother to smile or say hi. Some are very friendly and helpful though.

The gym is small. Felt a bit cramped.

Shower pressure was excellent but door wouldn’t close and the shower kept flooding so had to keep turing it off
