Best stay !
Pros:

The transparency in the property policies. The price which is good value for money. The location 12m walk from Birmingham New Street Station. The check-in which is seamless. The room which is very clean and well stock up. The staff which is welcoming, professional and caring. Great communication and excellent customer service.

Great place close to the city centre
Pros:

Comfortable, really clean and spacious rooms, everything was better than expected. Staff was really helpful and kind, special shootout to Celia (sorry if misspelling), she was an absolute gem.

Pros:

I had a great stay at Staycity Birmingham. The room was spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my visit for the 3rd time.

amazing, will be doing again.
Pros:

All staff that me and my friends encountered where friendly and helpful, during the stay it was my birthday and multiple staff members say my headband and wished me a happy birthday. Alongside this security at night was amazing and friendly

Cons:

Me and my friends where told to be quiet but when we went into the hall there was many other rooms that were being noisy, therefore we felt a little confused and upset.

Amazing staff
Pros:
