Perfect, spotless apartment, very modern and well equipped
Pros:

The room I stayed in was absolutely immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and great quality sheets and towels. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchenette area, even a dishwasher!! I will be staying here every time I stay in Birmingham, providing there are rooms available!!

Great, but next time we will request a room on a higher floor :D
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, all that you could need was there. Very close to town and all places we were plannning to see.
Staff at the reception was really lovely. Rooms and bathroom really clean.

Cons:

Might be silly but toilet flush was really hard to press.
We were at the ground floor and becasue the bedroom is sharing the wall with the bathroom we coud hear water flushes from the higher floors, which was keeping us up in the morning.

Pros:

The good value for money and pull out single sofa beds. Great kitchen facilities. Double TV and separate rooms for kids worked well. Easy check in and friendly staff.

Cons:

The room was a bit stuffy and noisy from outside when we needed to open the window.

Nice property at a good price, but not very relaxing!
Pros:

Property was close to the station and was very clean. The apartment was large enough and pretty good value for the price- I also really appreciated that there was a way to control the temperature. The staff were nice and friendly which is a bonus. i appreciated having all facilities that I needed already provided for me, it made the stay a lot easier and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately had very loud neighbours who kept me up most of the night…the walls are paper thin so I could hear people talking even at a normal volume! Upon checkout there was no staff to be found anywhere and it took quite a while for someone to show up!
