Pros:

Good location and amenities

Cons:

Room had a weird smell and windows wouldn’t open. Toilet flush was hard to use and sofa was a little uncomfortable

Book now and avoid disappointment.
Pros:

Everything, the welcome was fantastic, we couldn't get a parking space but on street parking was thankfully available and only a walk down the street from the apartment. The staff were lovely, gave our daughter a Louis poster and she was over the moon! Even had welcome shots!
The apartment was lovely and clean, few wear and tear marks on the sofa bed and in the bathroom but it was so clean!
The sheet on the sofa beds had been cleaned but the smell was still very strong, i sent a watsapp to the hotel and within 5 mins it was changed. Honestly couldn't have asked for better.

Cons:

That we only stayed one day!
Hubby would say that the bathroom was slightly small for him but he's 6ft 2 so most will be, it was perfect for us littler ones!

Pros:

This is one of the best hotels I have ever lived in. Very responsive when I texted before my trip, very friendly and professional staff (for example, Celia), very good amenities and location. I am very pleasantly surprised that the apartment has everything we need, more than what we asked for and imagined, including dish washer, washing machine etc. My friends and I are very pleased with our stay. Highly recommended and thank you very much for your great work!

Pros:

From the moment you walk in, the staff are so friendly, everywhere is so clean. The rooms were so spacious and overall was a really good stay!

Cons:

The one thing I would say if I had to really pick one would be the price of the parking in their car park.

Excellent apartment/hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location with rooms fully equipped for both short and long stays, just a 10-15 minute walk from Birmingham New Street train station.

Cons:

Having more than one towel for the bath would be appreciated. There was only one towel for the shower in the room, but that’s a minor detail compared to the overall experience.
