Pros:

Muy bien el desayuno. Lo que te puedes esperar en cualquier otro hotel similar

Cons:

La ubicación de los botones, parecía que todo estaba construido para hombres de estatura baja. Y en mi caso tuve problemas al cerrar la puerta, y la calefacción no funcionaba

Decent. But we didnt find it value for money.
Pros:

Rooms are very clean, location is great, wifi is good.

Cons:

We cant control the ac in the rooms! Its either too hot or too cold. The ac is set at the standard temp and cannot be adjusted. The water in the junior suite shower doesn’t drain quickly. And the smoke detectors in the room have a flickering light which is really annoying when you are trying to get sleep.

We stayed at this hotel for only two nights, but we were very pleased with our experience. It is located close to the centre of Tbilisi and one of the city’s main avenues, making it easy to reach the main attractions. The hotel is very modern, and the building itself is beautiful and stylish. There is a restaurant and bar on the premises, as well as a separate place where you can enjoy ice cream. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. Our room also had a balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming.Breakfast was included in our stay, and the selection was more than sufficient. There were hot dishes, fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as a variety of pastries and desserts.Overall, this is a very good modern hotel in a convenient location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Pros:

The lobby has been updated, the rest of the hotel and rooms feel a bit dated. But the staff is exceptionally great, shout out to Temur and Elena who went out of their way to help manage our touristy issues.

Cons:

Bed in the single room wasn't most comfortable. Rooms are a bit small.

Pros:

We reizen vaak maar dit overtrof onze verwachtingen . Alles was TOP ... goede locatie, heel mooie inrichting - bijzonder smaakvol - lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt - SUPER restaurant - heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel . We verbleven er 5 nachten . Een grote aanrader - Prijs/kwalitiet kan het niet beter !

Overall we were satisfied with our stay, especially with the location and the staff.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, nice, and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location was also good. The room was big and comfortable.

Cons:

The only concern was some of the guests with big families. The children were very noisy, always eating stinky snacks in the corridors on the floor and leaving trash around. And our room was not on a light side; there was no view, and it was a bit damp inside.
