Чудове проживання в готелі
Pros:

Чисто, приємний запах, чиста біла постільна білизна, нова сантехніка та душова. Є маленький холодильник. Балкон. Хороші сніданки, простора столова на другому поверсі. В холі є затишна кавʼярня. Персонал чудовий. Готель тихий та затишний.

Отель хороший, локация тоже, цена/качество тоже, но не только в этом отеле, но и во всём Тбилиси очень не понравилось принципиальность с русским языком, все прекрасно понимают и говорят, просто жутко вредничают. С туристами я считаю так нельзя себя вести, это отель и к вам могут приехать из разных стран и могут не знать ни английский, ни тем более грузинский, а вы не знаете мой родной язык тоже, к сожалению, поэтому ребята оставьте эти политические игры для местных, для политиков, а у туриста, который приехал насладиться отпуском задача одна - насладиться отпуском. Ваши политические нюансы нас не должны касаться, не вовлекайте нас в это.

Good place to stay in Tbilisi
Pros:

Good location. Renewed bathroom comparing to my previous stay a couple of years ago. Excellent ratio quality -price.

Cons:

Thermostat worked for cooling only and 1st day it was cold even after switching off. Then got better. The breakfast became a bit poorer but croissants are still unforgettable and all the rest is more then enough.

Perfect 👌🏻
Pros:

The staff is really friendly and helpful and they respond fast and I enjoyed my stay in this hotel 👍🏻

Cons:

No parkings were there, and if you need to park you will have to pay fees to the government to park in the street.
However, the receptionist helped me to solve the problem thanks to him for helping me 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Pros:

Very good hotel. We arrived at around 9:20 a.m., well before the official check-in time, and were pleasantly surprised that the receptionist helped us check in right away. After a long journey, this was especially appreciated.

The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed regularly. The breakfast was good: the selection was more or less the same each day, but there was always enough variety for a satisfying and enjoyable breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and left with only positive impressions.

I don’t recommend it
Cons:

The hotel don’t have balcony room same as we booked. They struggle for 2 hours to get room similar to pictures and type we selected but no balcony unfortunately.
The room facilities are very old and there are no power sockets in the room.
The room walls and furniture are really old and not same as pictures.
Also some towels in bathroom are damaged and we complained many times to fix our issues

Не плохо если согласно с описанными удобствами
Pros:

Расположение, рядом кофе рестораны и парк
Персонал ( хаус кипинг) очень приветливые люди, которые всегда держат в чистоте номер
Завтрак, каждый день почти одно и то же но вкусно и полезно

Cons:

Шум, окно смотрит на улицу и проезжу часть
Холод, кондиционер не справлялся и нам было ночью очень холодно
Удобства, в номере нет холодильника, чайника, ложки и вилки, нет шкафа для одежды ( не верхней), у кровати нет доступного разъёма для зарядного устройства
Обслуживание номеров, не работал слив и нам пришлось вызывать его два раза чтобы нам починили его
Ванная комната, нет двери в душевой и после принятия душа вся ванная комната заливалась водой

Pros:

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, καλό πρωινό και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ο υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν μας εξυπηρέτησε με ευγένεια, καθώς είχαμε προβλήματα να παραγγείλουμε ταξί για το αεροδρόμιο, η βοήθειά του ήταν πολύ σημαντική για εμάς!

Cons:

Η περιοχή έχει φασαρία λόγω ενός night club παραπλεύρως του ξενοδοχείου. Επίσης ο δρόμος είναι πολύ κεντρικός και όλη νύχτα χτυπούσαν οι σειρήνες της αστυνομίας για τα παράνομα σταθμευμένα αυτοκίνητα.
