Good value, good location, very kind staff.
Pros:

It was cute and the staff was extremely kind! Location was great. Loved their coffee!

Cons:

Internet was abysmal. And the vanilla ambient scenting was so overly pungent, it was borderline unbearable.

The big spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast was also good.
