Patong Bay Hill Resort

The property was just outstanding. Staff was polite, patient and very helpful. I specifically want to mention the bartender near restaurant for his help.
Pool was absooute amazing. It was clean and fresh with no trace of chlorine.

Patong Bay Hill
The room itself was lovely, spacious, and comfortable, with a great layout that made it easy to relax. Lovely swimming pool at your door. However, I was very disappointed with the kitchen setup. For a self-contained unit, there were absolutely no essentials provided — no plates, cups, cutlery, or basic cooking items. When I asked, I was told there was an extra charge to have them, which I find unreasonable given the price I have stayed at a lot of properties and never before had to pay for utensils.

Overall, while the accommodation itself was pleasant, the lack of proper kitchen facilities really let it down.

The pool rooms where nice but ive never seen a buffet without bacon, so that was very poor also the access to the rooms is difficult

Beds are amazing, always have the best sleep here. And it’s far enough out of the way of the chaos of Patong to not experience the 24/7 noise. We stayed in the cabins again, and again loved our stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about. My partner loves the massages/spa treatments they have on offer there. She would have gone everyday if I let her. House keeping is amazing too, they are so fast and do such an amazing job. I left tips for them but they didn’t touch them once, which i felt bad about but made me trust this place and its work force even more. You really can trust them, unlike many other places in Patong. I’ve had multiple items and money stolen from my rooms in other resorts and hotels in Patong, but never at Patong bay hill.

The resort offers a free shuttle bus to Patong Beach, which is a great convenience. There's also a shuttle car that picks you up from your room to the lobby — very helpful and efficient. The balcony view was excellent, and the bed was comfortable with a spacious room layout.

The only downside was that the main road (high street) is quite a long walk away, which at times made us feel a bit isolated. It would be fantastic if the shuttle car could also provide access to the main road.

The property was nice, staff was good and friendly. The waitress in the restaurant‘Tana was very good , polite and do her job very well.

Booked the jacuzzi cottage and unfortunately there’s no hot water for the jacuzzi and we were not informed prior to booking.

I probably would not have booked if I knew.

The cottages are also perched up very steep hills! And many of the cottages surrounding are still under construction

This by far was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Thailand. It is located on a hill overlooking the city, Patong and the Sea. The views are absolutely beautiful. They have a beautiful pool area by the main lobby and all the buildings have multiple pools so you don't have to go to main pool by the lobby. They have a shuttle to take you to your room from the lobby. The rooms are sooo spacious 1 bedroom suite, kitchen dinning room and balcony. Minnie bar and free water and coffee is provided each day. The rooms are soo clean and well kept. They made my stay so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back and we pray we get the same service it was lovely

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Enjoyed the beach. Buffet was great. Your Bar Staff Jessica is great. 5 stars for Jessica alone. Free ride to town and around. We were 9 of us in this family vacation. The only thing I would suggest would be to accommodate handicapped people. My sister and sister in-law had walking issues and not proper elevators to up level buildings.

Great stay

The positives were the large rooms and free shuttle bus service to Patong beach. The negatives were the breakfast quality and also the hotel requires refurbishment (especially the swimming pool area)

Tolles Hotel, toller Service. Es gab auch einen Shuttle der bis zum Beach gefahren ist und auch zu den Zimmer 24/7 gebracht hat. Allerdings konnte man sich manchmal auf das Personal nicht ganz verlassen, dennoch waren sie alle sehr nett. Das Hotel lag auf einem Berg, wenn der Shuttle mal nicht kam, musste man die Strecke hoch und runter laufen. Aber die sind immer innerhalb von 5-10 min gekommen. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung sowie der Pool vom Zimmer waren Hammer.

Abbiamo alloggiato 6 giorni in questo resort che non rispecchia le stelle. Prima di tutto cauzione esclusivamente in contanti e non accettano carta di credito e non era specificato, secondo disagio i due letti singoli senza chiedere preventivamente che preferenza avevamo. Camere vecchie con porte tutte rovinate, scarsa pulizia, ogni giorno avevamo gli asciugamani macchiati. Colazione pessima, zona molto sporca. Personale poco accogliente e scortese, sorrisi e saluti sembravano degli extra. Organizzato male anche per quanto riguarda gli asciugamani per la piscina o per il mare, ogni mattina dovevamo rincorrere le ragazze delle pulizie per darcene dei puliti.
