Restaurant on site, AC and kettle in room. Nice sheets on the bed. Polite and helpful staff, on the whole.
My room was noisy as near the kitchen. They were happy to change my room and helped me move. Parking

Couldn't get wifi on my uk phone. They tried to help, but couldn't. No problems at every other hotel.

Cons:

Toilet was not properly pest controlled. There were always insects and flies in the toilet. Hot water was not coming several times. Cleanliness not adequate. I expected Raya's maintain good standard. Unfortunately the standard has degraded.

Rooms are good value for money. But food not upto you he mark.

Cons:

Food is horrible. Terminate this contract Rice n spice. When we entered restaurant at 2 pm on 21st Jan, meals not available. After waiting for 20 minutes, they provided variety food like curd rice etc. Even during dinner, food was not upto mark. Horrible experience.
