Hotel Le Royal Park

The rooms were clean. It was really easy to go around and see stuff.

Front Desk guy was very rude, bathroom wallet clogged,shower doesn't work,room was smelly

Good ambience, excellent location, Rooms were clean, good breakfast options. Rooms are small, if you are 2 + 1 Kid.
Clean Swimming pool.
Overall, stay was good.

Give good service.. No compromise on service to customers.. Yhen people will follow hotel... But need to ise this strategy

V bad toliet, AC not working, upholstery bed sheet not good.even room paint is bad, floor has dust

The stay was good. Hotel is clean. Service staff is really excellent.
Their can be improvement in the food at La Menara.
Alisha at La Menara is very sweet and very good at her work.
Reception staff is vey cooperative.

Every thing was excellent , we enjoyed , only that new year celebration was bit dull with out any music entertainment what we expect .

Decor is pretty. Food is great during breakfast buffet.
Chef during breakfast is amazing and training manager and staff are very courteous.

Not worth for money , rooms r look like local hotel

I did not like anything and was quite frankly disappointed in the place adn service considering the price paid, the WIFI did not work most of the time, getting even a complimentary bottle of water took 3 phone calls to reception, the bathroom fittings were all rusty amongst so many other issues...it was disappointing to say the least...

I did not like the property at all.
Only the reception area was clean but the room was very dirty, dust all over the room and cockroaches in my room. Food was too bad in taste.

Terrible wi-fi, unusable gym, dirty towels, they only give you one from key.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Ala cart food was average ,not in keeping with the standard of the hotel.
Shower. Area is slippery , could do with a mat there
Bedside lamps were not both sides.
No bedside lamps in the twin room
No proper instructions for electronic safe

Poor facility and amenities and service. Expensive compared with quality.

This hotel is OK - reasonable facilities, staff and price. But it is further out from the key area (French quarter) than is ideal and because of all the hard floors everywhere it’s quite noisy throughout. If we came again I’d be tempted to try the FQ, but if I had to stay here I’d be relaxed
