Categories

Cleanliness
6.2
Mixed reports: many guests praised rooms as very clean and ready on arrival, but several reviews detail serious cleanliness problems (filthy rooms, moldy shower floor, dingy sheets, bugs, holes in wall and guests having to clean rooms themselves).
Service
9.3
Generally strong: numerous comments note friendly, accommodating front-desk staff and quick check-in/check-out, though a few guests reported long waits at the front counter.
Location
8.8
Mostly positive: multiple guests cited location as a pro and described stays as comfortable and quiet; no major location complaints.
Room Quality
8.2
Mixed but largely functional: some guests enjoyed clean, well-equipped rooms (stove top, fridge), while others reported uncomfortable mattresses, dingy linens, mold in shower and missing shower shelf/bench.
Amenities
8
Generally favorable: breakfast frequently praised and hotel noted as dog-friendly; some amenity issues reported (washer/dryer out of order, limited warm breakfast choices).
Value for Money
5.5
Concerns raised: several guests called out poor value—notably one complaint about extreme rate increases during an event—and others listed price as a con given condition issues.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast often highlighted positively (many reviews call it great or awesome), with occasional requests for more warm options.
Overall Experience
8.6
Predominantly positive stays with an overall pleasant experience for many (clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast), but a minority of severe negative incidents (extremely dirty rooms, drug use on property, significant rate gouging) lower consistency.
