HORRIBLE. Please do not make a reservation or stay at this hotel.
Pros:

This was a complete cluster. We reserved the room for a senior softball tournament. The tournament was canceled due to predicted bad weather. We made many request for the room to be transferred to a different date. No one would respond to us. I called and the lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said they don't have one! Right.

Cons:

They need to respond and have someone that can work with their customers. The horrible attitude of we already have your money, so we do not care about any type of service. We did not ask for our money back, just to change the weekend. PLEASE HELP ME MAKE A STATEMENT AND NEVER USE THIS HOTEL!!!
