Die Lage, das Personal die Zimmer, alles top.. Einziger Minuspunkt, die Parkplätze, die sich bei den Zimmern im unteren Stock befinden grenzen so Dicht an die Zimmertüre, dass man kaum mit dem Koffer ins Zimmer kommt. Und klar, wenn dann einer mitten in der Nacht ein- oder ausfährt steht man senkrecht im Bett... also Oropax oder Zimmer im oberen Stock, wenn verfügbar.

Lage super (direkt am Strand und Santa Monica Pier), Personal super, Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind echt eng in teuer. Nur mit kleinen Autos ist das parken empfehlenswert.
Parken kostet ca. 40€. Direkt hinter der Hecke sind öffentliche Parkplätze für 18€. Nutzt lieber diese

First trip to Santa Monica

I loved the Retro Vibe. The room was small but neat and clean. The location was great, just a short walk to the Pier and promenade

Cons:

No kettle or coffee machine in the room. It was available in the office but the office was not available 24/7. I am a morning coffee person and I didn’t like having to get dressed to walk down to get one. Also one morning I went down at 8am and there was a note on the door stating that the Office would be closed until 9am .. no prior notice given.
