Breakfast hours are as following:
- 06:30-09:30 on weekdays
- 07:00-10:00 on weekends

Pros:

체크인 1시간전이라 데스크 여쭤보니 숙소로 무료로 얼리체크인 해주셔서 시간낭비없이 여행했습니다.
조식은 생각외로 좋아서 맛있게 잘먹었습니다.
직원분들도 친절하셨구요.

Cons:

객실이 작아 딱 잠만자기 좋았구요.
방음은 좀 안되는거 같아요.

Pros:

The location is so convenient and the staff is very nice. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. Staff was great and very helpful when we needed to adjust cleaning time for our room and get new chargers bc the universal outlets were broken.

Cons:

No water machine in the hall or way to get more water, ice, or throw away trash. We were only provided one bottle of water each per day and mini bar was never refilled. Since we paid extra for mini bar to be included I just expected it to be more of a perk.

Gute Ausgangslage um „das Zentrum“ kennenzulernen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, auch zu Fuss ist vieles gut ereichbar. Viele verschiedene Busse und UBahnen sind erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte für mich nicht. Ein Vier Sterne-Hotel sollte mehr auf Details achten. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal überraschend forsch.

Considering the high amount I paid per night, my expectations were much higher. This hotel was extremely disappointing.
Pros:

I’m trying to figure out what I like, but I’m finding it difficult.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely small and look much bigger in the photos. We were told that the minibar was complimentary, yet during our four-night stay, it was restocked only once.

The breakfast was mediocre, with very few options suited to European tastes. I would rate the cleanliness 8 out of 10.

The hotel is enormous and extremely crowded, with people constantly entering and leaving, which creates a rather chaotic atmosphere. There also seems to be a negative attitude towards smokers. The designated smoking area is isolated behind the hotel, in a strange and secluded location where you may feel unsafe, particularly at night.

I noticed that there is a terrace near the reception area that could easily be used as a safer and more convenient smoking area, but unfortunately, smoking is not permitted there either.

Good hotel in a nice neighbourhood but maybe a bit pricy for what you get
Pros:

Good location. Nice neighbourhood with plenty restaurants and shopping and short distances to even livelier areas and metro stations.

Cons:

Our room was rather small (double Hollywood) but it worked out okay.
The carpets in the corridors all looked like there had been a water damage recently as all were loose and constituted trip hazards.
