バイクで雨に濡れて到着しましたが屋根付きの駐車場だったので助かりました

コインランドリーの場所をフロントでたずねてその場所に行くと洗剤はフロントで買って下さいと書いてありました、場所を尋ねた時に洗剤有りますか？と案内して欲しかった

徳島旅行ではこのホテルだけ避けて選択しようと夫婦で思いました。
Pros:

朝食はいいでした。

Cons:

チェックイン時、他のホテルと比べると、笑顔がなく事務的な印象でした。
その後、ダイニングひなたのアクセスを確認しに行った際に、女性スタッフが笑顔で出迎えてくれましたが、
「予約していないのですが」と妻が話すと、急に態度が変わって、犬でも追い出すような手つきで、シッシッという感じの応対を受けたことで、とても気分が悪くなり、その夜も、気持ちが収まらなくて、寝つけにくい程でした。

・大浴場があり、朝風呂も入れたこと
・連泊で毎日掃除に入ってくれたこと
・地下駐車場があり、雨の日に荷物の出し入れに濡れずにすんだこと
・宿泊費が思った以上に安かったこと

・朝食時、テーブルクロスのある席のテーブルクロスに前日以前のシミが付いている
・部屋に金庫がない
・部屋のテーブルの上のスペースがテレビで埋まってしまい、書き物をするための空きスペースが狭い
・浴室にタオル掛けができる梁棒がない
・部屋のイスに背もたれがない
・アタッシュケース置き用の簡易棚がない
・上着掛けの専用スペースが入口扉付近にない
