Patong Buri Resort

We being to Thailand many time, this time was in March, so is really busy and hard to find a good hotel with good price, I found this hotel last minute, it was our last day. One night only thankfully. The room was full of mold. Nasty and not hygienic at all. Shower was cold, not easy to call a taxi, access to the hotel is difficult.

Except location, nothing good in this hotel. Rooms are in bad condition, breakfast menu: Only two bread, jam, egg, salad & one cup juice. These menu is limited, nothing extra will be provided . So never book breakfast in this hotel. In this hotel, everywhere it has been displayed that for this act or for that act, fine will be imposed. It looks like, you are in jail. For location factor, there are other hotels, just nearby this Patong Buri hotel like N J Patong Hotel. You can easily find better hotel at lowest price. This hotel's room is just like old fashioned Indian Bengali style room. So try not to book this hotel, as you can easily book better hotel at better price.

The front staff is kind.

The internet connection was so bad, i couldnt even read an email. Alot of young party teenegers that played high music all night, despite asking the staff to help me

Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits pour 4 personnes ( couple et 2 enfants de 7 /9ans) , nous sommes arrivé devant l'hôtel et je vous assure que ça ne ressemble plus aux photos.
A la réception, difficile de se faire comprendre en anglais. Une caution de 1000 baths est à déposer en plus de la reservation. Mais je vous assure que c'est plutôt à eux de nous donner une caution 😅.
La chambre était sale. Des tâches partout sur les murs et au plafond, la douche ne s'écoulait pas bien et il y avait 2cm d'eau qui stagnait dans la douche.
En l'espace de 20 minutes on a tué 3 cafards et un scolopendre dans la chambre. Des blattes mortes sur le sol au niveau de la réception. Trop bruyant la nuit, les gens crient dans l'hôtel toute la nuit et ça raisonne.
J'ai dû annulé ma deuxième nuit et trouver un autre hôtel sur patong. Par dégoût, on a dû changer de ville.
Le pire hôtel qu'on ait eu en Thaïlande et pourtant on fait le tour du pays avec mes enfants depuis 3 semaines.

Je vous conseille de ne pas réserver celui ci. Tres mauvaise expérience.

The hotel is down a side street not far from Bangla but wasn't noisy . Turned up at 2 to check in but room wasn't ready until gone 4.
Room small and smell like damp . Bed sheets were clean but the duvet inside didn't fit and was stained and dirty . The towels didn't smell fresh .
Cockroach in room not really acceptable even in hot climate not was the rat running around in reception area hiding under a sofa ! The rooms are nothing like the pictures on the web site and must have been 20 years or more ago.
Unless you are desperate ... I wouldn't stay here.

Extremely friendly staff at reception and across the whole hotel. We booked two rooms with connecting doors, which was perfect for us, and our 14 year old. The rooms were spacious enough, clean, and provide a safe. The shower was powerful. 2 x free bottles of water daily and soft drinks available in the in-room fridge. We stayed on floor 9, which was very convenient for the rooftop pool with superb views (small but felt like a private one). The reception area seating is a little tired, and the bed mattress is very hard. Otherwise, top marks would have been given. We really enjoyed it here and would recommend

DON’T TRUST THEM!!!!! We booked this hotel more than a month before our arriving. We also had to modify our booking few days before our arriving and THEY JUST CANCELLED OUR BOOKING 2 HOURS BEFORE WE WOULD ARRIVE and they said that because they have no free room!!!! WHATT????!! We chose this hotel for many reason and I’m sitting on the ferry from Phi Phi to Phuket and I don’t know where we will go…. Ahh and we already pre booked also the taxi which will drop up us at the hotel…. So we will need to pay an other taxi to took us to a new place which we still don’t know where …. We have 4 huge luggages.

Hotel viejo con instalaciones en mal estado. Mucha humedad en la habitación incluso moho que no han quitado en 15 días.
Wifi inexistente.
1 semana con avería en el baño.
La piscina es una bañera grande, que no os engañen las fotos.

Nice Hotel, good location, friendly and helpfull staff. Only problem was that that doublebooked our room so we could not get correct room until the 2nd day. Overall great Hotel

Good location near restaurants, 7eleven, bike rental, ATM, money exchange, BIG C, Jungceylon shopping, Banzaan Fresh Market and Bangla Boxing Stadium.
Not recommended. Noise is too loudy from the stadium on Muay Thai fight night. No hair dryer, coffee or tea provided. Only 5 channels on TV, 1 Russian, 1 Arab and 3 Thai, no English channels. They didn't change the bed linen for 5 days. There are better hotels nearby.

Die erste Nacht mussten wir in einem anderen Hotel verbringen, wegen Schimmel im Zimmer.
Nach weiteren drei Nächten wieder in ein anderes Zimmer, wieder Schimmelbildung.

Kann diese Unterkunft null empfehlen! Der Typ an der Rezeption chillt 24/7 auf dem Sofa in der Lobby und lässt einen einfach warten. Die Gäste haben sich nachts mit Prostituierten im Zimmer vergnügt und haben einen Höllenlärm bis 8 Uhr morgens gemacht! Niemand hat sich im Hotel dafür interessiert, sie mal zurechtzuweisen. Zudem haben die Zimmer gemüffelt und die Putzfrau kam in den 4 Tagen nicht ein einziges Mal! Und als Krönung des Ganzen haben die auch noch unsere 1000 Baht Pfand einbehalten weil wir angeblich die Bettwäsche verschmutzt haben und sie diese nicht waschen können. Größter Saftladen, den es gibt!
