I only stayed for one night and had to leave the day after. it was decent enough

A very convenient and clean place. It’s a pleasant 10’ walk to Ueno station and restaurants . Strongly recommended .
Pros:

Everything was very clearly explained in the written instructions . I brought the wrong adapter , one of the staff lent me one. I did manage to find one at Lawson . Staff are very friendly & helpful .

Cons:

The pillows were super hard, can be quite uncomfortable .

Warm staff, but location is 8/10.

Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Location is a bit far from the real sites to visit in Ueno. Even getting to Keisei Line to Narita Airport, this APA hotel is a bit far.
