Pros:

Semplice da trovare, check in e out velocissimi da fare in modo elettrico, personale sempre presente e disponibile. Hanno un servizio direttamente in hotel per spedire le valigie, molto comodo, un po complicato da capire ma ci hanno aiutato. In camera abbiamo trovato un set di cortesia con tutto (elastici, lamette, spazzolini, yukata ecc)

I give 2 stars because the service was ok and the location is quite good.

Cons:

I understand the concept of business hotels, but Apa need to improve their business.

The duvet has a cover witch you constantly touch the inner party, it has openings in 2 sides, this is disgusting. You can literally see the dirt of the filling.

While cleaning the rooms the cleaners leave "clean" towels and sheets on the floor of the hallway.

The mattress was used beyond their life in both Apa i stayed, you can few a big deep in the middle, it just destroyed my back.

I give 2 stars because the service was ok and the location is quite good.

Last minute booking. Accomodated my crazy time. Location is a bit poor but the hotel is very comfortable.
Pros:

Helpful staff. Very cozy room. Free VOD on the TV.

Cons:

Location right next to highway. Very loud outside. A slightly annoying distance from any subway station.

Great rooms, larger than expected with comfy beds. Perfect for friends trip.

Room was larger than expected - L-shaped giving us extra space for two larger suitcases

Given the torrential rain while staying, the hotel was just that wee bit further away than expected. Normal weather would have made it fine.

地理位置十分好，距離上野車站走路10分鐘內，去哪裡都很方便 附近也有羅森和全家 半夜也不怕餓著
