久々の家族旅行、楽しみました。感謝です。
Pros:

朝晩の食事がとても良かった。スタッフの対応も良い。
お風呂も空いていて、良かった
落ち着いたホテル。
また、行きたい

Cons:

仕方がないと思うが、部屋の電気が電球色で
少し年寄りには暗い。

Pros:

朝食と温泉付き！
飲み物もお風呂上がりにジャスミンや珈琲類等が飲み放題
１８号沿いで御代田方面にも軽井沢にも近く良いエリア

Cons:

①各部屋の鍵が開けづらい！
他の部屋の皆さんもガチャガチャしていてその音が他の部屋に響いている。
毎回開けるのにストレスでした…

②羽毛布団のカバーが丸く穴が空いているデザインにつき足が取られて転びそうになった…高齢者にはなおさら危険

Pros:

仕事で出張の1泊でしたが、夕食もブッフェだと思いこんでいた為、コース料理で、とても満足させて頂きました。

客室も大変広く、ゆっくり過ごせた感じです。

また、家族で利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Cons:

良くなかった点は、特にはありませんでしたが、外国人の家族連れのお客様がご滞在されていましたが、ウェルカムドリンクが、ワインとコーヒー、ティーくらいしか用意されていなかったので、すぐにその場を離れて行かれたのを見て、ソフトドリンクなど、子供向けの物もあれば、なお良いかと思いました。

友人におすすめしたいぐらい満足度が高かった
Pros:

値段に対して、とてもいいサービスを受けられた。
部屋が明るく、無駄がない上に清潔だった。

Cons:

喫煙所がラウンジのみ。これはしょうがないと思うが、奥の部屋からだとそれなりの時間を要するのが気になった点

A practical Hotel for our needs
Pros:

The room was actually used by a friend of mine as we ourselves live nearby. He especially liked the room size and the overall hotel atmosphere.

Cons:

The check-in process proved to be quite long with 30 minutes as the guests ahead of us has some problems and it took about 30 minutes for someone else to take care of my friend. Much longer than all the previous check-ins experienced in this hotel. Additionally, he couldn't use the electronic check-in as I was the one to receive that information.

On another subject and as mentioned several times in the past, the hotel management could plan to repaint the hotel sign at the street level. It is quite rusty and does not give a good impression. Same with the surroundings when driving into the hotel grounds which could easily look nicer if one cut the overgrown weeds...

Pros:

温泉です　丁度よい湯加減でした
　大浴場に行く為のカゴバックを用意してくれてたので助かりました
　客室がとても広くてゆったり過ごせました
　朝食も夕食もとっても美味しかったです

ホテルの周りの雑草が気になりました　
中庭の雑草が残念でした
