Toller Staff
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Muy bonito, buenos detalles.
Love the central location in the town. The restaurant had wonderful food. All the employees were warm and welcoming!
There was no central air-conditioning.
A very quintessential property representing the area exceptionally well. Located in the centre of Bourton with everything you need.
Nothing really. There is no air conditioning which you can understand and respect for a period property in England, so when we have occasional get 30c plus temperatures in can be a little hot!
The location of The Dial House in the village is perfect and a quiet location. The room we stayed in was a good size and had a contemporary style, perhaps a bit cluttered, quirky but bright and cheery. The breakfast was outstanding and well worth the option and the staff are friendly and attentive
The bathroom toilet in our room was not working properly and needed a few hard flushes to clear. We liked the hotel but it would be perfect if they upgraded their bed linen and pillows. The pillows we both said were like cardboard and look tired. Upgrade the linen and The Dial House would be a 100% winner
In a lovely location in Bourton. Very welcoming staff.
The room is very comfortable with new amenities. The location is great.
We wish to have better/ clear instructions on parking lot. It is hidden and difficult to find. We drove around for two times. Although, can’t complain a whole lot sine it is a plus to have a parking spot.
Beautiful place, rooms are decorated beautifully. Right in the village and has convenient parking included. Reception staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable, didn’t give the best nights sleep.
Great location and parking
The lack of air con was a major drawback. I should have read the description more carefully. Staff did not seem to want to be there.
Great place, Great food, Great service.
