The ease of moving around the area.

The staff were exceptional. Both friendly and efficient. There was a very good feeling between the staff.
The whole atmosphere of the hotel was warm, welcoming and friendly.
Food and service excellent.

The Area itself was beautiful but very crowded.

The Dial House was the first venue we stumbled upon when walking from the car park.

It instantly appeared to have a good atmosphere and we soon found an outside table.

The staff were friendly and table service was efficient.

Whilst we only had time to stop for drinks we would certainly return again.

Hotel in stile inglese, come il resto del villaggio, Staff molto gentile e accomodante. Posizione ottima

We loved the location , amazing . At night once the crowds had left we loved getting out and immersing into the local pubs. The parking was great, safe and the staff were welcoming friendly and couldnt have been more helpful

It was central to the village

Il problema di questa struttura è che non è un hotel a 4 stelle ma è un bed &breakfast. E se fosse stato indicato così gli avrei messo un voto sicuramente più alto ma un 4 stelle senza frigo bar, senza aria condizionata, con una reception che chiude alle 21 e una colazione che inizia alle 8.30 e chiude alle 9.45; per me non è un hotel, soprattutto a fronte della spesa pagata a notte, ben 350€.
Il ristorante è di qualità ma attenti se avete qualche problema alimentare perché non sono attenti

Great quality & very friendly staff

Got recommended to go here for a drink/food and was told there was an "amazing beer garden" - we had afeady eaten so we went for a drink (tried to) - there was a red rope on the front entrance so we went round to the garden - this had a red rope across but was on the foor - so we stepped over it - the owner was serving a group of people at a table and he gave me a strange look but didn't say anything - my.husband went to the bar (there wasnt a proper bar) - when he saw the owner who tutted & sighed & said we're not supposed to be in the garden - it's closed (even tho there were people drinking in the garden) my husband said we had popped in for drink - he said go out front & see if u can find a seat - we left - why would we want to give our money to someone with such a bad attitude - we definitely won't be returning (beer garden overrated & scruffy)

In a brilliant spot

Posizione in pieno centro di Burton on Water, paesino ameno delle Cotswolds. Albergo pieno di fascino e storia. Camera ampia, molto affascinante nel sottotetto, arredata con gusto. Bagno adeguato. Colazione molto buona con prodotti freschi (pure i succhi di arance e mele erano spremuti al momento), tutto fatto al momento con cura. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo pure cenato e lo consigliamo vivamente. Posteggio ampio con ricarica per macchine elettriche. Terrazza esterna con servizio bar ideale per aperitivi! Bravi!
