Excellent location, a very comfortable and clean room with a fantastic bed. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. It was an incredible stay and we will definitely be returning
Hard to fault it. Nothing to say
Nice room but unfortunately very noisy, Friday morning 7am their was building or maintenance works going on, which is not acceptable when travelling 200 miles for a relaxing weekend away, bonfire going on in the garden which then not allowed us to open the windows, prior to departure on Sunday we was not informed the residents only car park decided to host a car show with cars revving there engines between 09:30 to 10am before check out time, with a tight entrance and exit we was ordered by the abrupt rude and arrogant hotel manager/owner to reverse the entirety of the car park to allow a “super car” that was barely through the entrance to enter, this taking precedence over the residents of the hotel, we should of been made aware of this upon check in to prevent us driving through crowds of people, All in all not a relaxing weekend away. Manager/owner very rude and not interested in his paying customers, for £814.58 we will be seeking a partial refund for the unpleasant stay.
Manager/owner needs to learn some manners

Amazing atmosphere, very relaxed and staff were amazing!! Beautiful little oasis of calm in the middle of stunning Bourton on the water. Would highly recommend. Great breakfast too. Garden was lovely and a great sun trap!!
Nothing to add here!!
Delicious food, well presented. Quite expensive compared to others in the area. Almost double the price of a lemon sole meal in a nearby restaurant. Friendly staff, efficient service.
Breakfast with lovely and the location was great
I was disappointed with the evening menu it was small and expensive plus 12.5 service charge
Everything
Nothing
Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstück
Teppichboden, es war nachts sehr kalt im Zimmer.
Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein
We were glad that we were recommended this for our one night stay in Bourton-on-the-Water. We enjoyed staying in an historic building, friendly and helpful people, a couple of nice areas for drinks before and after dinner. It made it easy to park in their parking area and walk around the village.
The room was not large but it doesn't claim to be and it was certainly comfortable -- I think they (or their designer) have done a good job balancing the comfort factor within the building confines.
We had dinner there and enjoyed that too. A fun stay.
Perfect location, very friendly staff and amazing food, particularly breakfast and Sunday Roast.
I was prepared to put up with the danger of low beams to stay in such a beautiful house.
A beautiful hotel in a very central location. Our room was very clean & comfortable
The restaurant & bar were unfortunately not open the night we stayed
