Pros:

Das Personal war stets bemüht.

Cons:

Dreckige Bezüge auf dem Bett, wurden getauscht, waren noch immer dreckig. Man schläft nicht gern im Blut anderer. Personal hat gesamte Bettbezüge nach unten gebracht. Damit wir was aussuchen können. Leider war nichts! Sauber. Bettwäsche Lagert offensichtlich (man riecht es) im Stockwerk, in dem die Raucherzimmer sind. Schlechteste Hotelerfahrung in Indonesien, nach 2 Wochen. Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, was nicht angegeben. Das "Fenster" im Bad führte in den Flur. Duschen ging nur um die Ecke.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca kolejowego. Dojazd na wyższe piętra windą. Czysty i wygodny pokój. Stały dostęp do wody z dystrybutora.

Functional Stay for 1 night in Surabaya
Pros:

The location was very central and close to supermarkets and restaurants. It was also walking distance from Surabaya Gubeng Station. The staff was very accommodating and reccomended an excellent laundry service (with free pick up and drop off at reception). The room was small but functional for 1 night.

Cons:

The bedsheets were full of stains, and the towels need replacing. Plus, there was music playing from the reception all day and until late night (we eventually fell asleep so not sure if it continued all night).

Room with no window
Pros:

The hotel is clean and there is a water dispenser for guests in the floor.

Cons:

The room had no window. Staying there felt like staying in a bunker. Nothing like this was mentioned in booking. We would noch choose such place, knowing this.
Additionaly several minor defects in the bathroom and we missed the hospitality of the staff.
