Important information:

Our reception is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and check-in takes place with a code via our key box. You will receive the code by email at least one day before your arrival.

Check-in times from Wednesday to Saturday are 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Please note that we do not have an elevator in our building and do not offer breakfast.

After booking, you will receive a mobile number that you can use to contact us at any time in urgent cases.

We have a baby cot, but unfortunately we do not have any other extra beds available.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Mir hat das Hotel super gefallen, weil es mitten in der Altstadt in einem schönen alten Fachwerkhaus liegt und wirklich schicke Zimmer hat. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Leider gab es kein Frühstück. Zwar gibt es in der Umgebung einige Cafés, jedoch war frühstücken vor 9:00 Uhr am Sonntag dort nirgendwo möglich. Nachdem der Pfauen ja ein Sterne-Restaurant ist, würde man einfach auch erwarten, dass man ein tolles Frühstück bekommt.

Pros:

Great location in the centre, you get in with a lock-box (never saw any staff). Steep stairs, lovely, large and well appointed rooms. Amazing location.

Could walk to the Manufaktur Schorndorf and the station with no problems.

Hübsches Altstadt-Boutiquehotel mit pfiffiger Ausstattung in der Dachschräge.Sehr gut organisiert, An-und Abreise haben sehr gut geklappt.Und die Klimaanlage war an einem der heißesten Tage schon deutlich vor meiner Ankunft angestellt worden!

Unter Sternen schlafen neben dem Geburtsthauses von Gottlieb Daimler
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr sauber und trotz der Lage im Zentrum der pittoresken Altstadt sehr ruhig. Der Sternenhimmel im Himmelbett ist toll gemacht (Gottlieb- Daimler-Zimmer). Zwei kleine Flaschen Mineral pro Nacht und ein paar Kaffees sind im Preis inbegriffen. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer ohne den Charme des historischen Hauses zu stören. Unser Zimmer im obersten Stock ist fast 50 qm gross, so dass man trotz der Dachschräge viel Platz. Auch das Badzimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat eine grosse Badewanne und eine angenehm grosse Duschkabine drin!

Sehr 'nettes' Haus mitten im Zentrum der schönen Altstadt.
Kein Frühstück (ist aber auch so ausgewiesen), dafür ein supertolles Restaurant fürs Nachtessen mit guter Bedienung/Service.

Cons:

Das angebotene WLAN ist 'unterirdisch schlecht'. Ich musste minutenlang warten, bis ich eine Verbindung hatte und meine E-Mail lesen konnte. Etwas blöd, wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist...
