Okish for our purpose

Bathroom had some mold in the shower and the soap dispenser were not clean. It takes a weekly check to keep all clean.

Not the best best western we’ve stayed in
Pros:

Check in was easy. Lady on night shift helpful and friendly

Cons:

No draft lagerat all disappointed
Shower curtain stunk
Bathroom vent didn’t work
Bath dirty
Coffee at breakfast from machine was cold
Bed sheet to small and topper kept pinging off
Hard ridge in middle of beds put together

Liked the location, room, staff

Cons:

Unfortunately they don't do real ale so my husband wasn't happy . Therefore didn't bring guests to hotel. Instead had to go to the pub next door. Would have preferred to stay in the beautiful warm cosy lounge.

Wish our schedule could have allowed a second night.
Pros:

Very accessible. Friendly and helpful staff. Most comfortable.

Very Disappointed
Cons:

This is the sixth year I have visited the hotel, I have always found it a most pleasant experince .
On this occasion I was most disappointed, Instead of being given the premium modern room ground floor room I expected, i was given a small stuffy room ( no opening window) upstairs in the nack of the building. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned , and there was no room service during my stay... I shall not be returning.

Pros:

Lite breakfast started at 6 :30 and cooked started at 7 however the chef was quick and delivered cooked breakfast earlier and it was nice. the staff were very pleasant. check out was easy. good parking
