Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch die Lage hat gefallen

Cons:

Nach nicht optimaler Anreise , Ankunft 21 Uhr, wollte ich schnell noch den Zimmerservice nutzen. Ein Suitepad war Neuland für mich und müde und hungrig hatte auch keine Lust, mich daran zu probieren. Wir sind digital weit vorne, so die Auskunft an der Rezeption. Aber auch der Hinweis es direkt im Restaurant zu versuchen, was dann auch klappte. Fazit: pauschal von allen Gästen zu verlangen auch digital weit vorne zu sein ist für mich diskriminierend

Die perfekte Aussicht, das gesamte Ambiente, das gute Konzept des Hotels, wir waren schon öfter hier und es gibt immer wieder Verbesserungen.

Cons:

Leider gibt es ein ständiges Brummen von Außen, wo man nicht weiß, wo es herkommt und was es ist, ob es von einem Schiff ausgeht

Ein charmantes Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück, schönen Zimmern und perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Best Western Hotel Das Donners in Cuxhaven und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.
Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück. Die Auswahl war hervorragend, alles frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und in einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre serviert. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird – ein perfekter Start in den Tag.
Auch unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann wunderbar entspannen.
Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die Lage des Hotels. Gerade für Reisende ist sie ideal: Die Nähe zur Fähre und zum Hafen macht vieles unglaublich unkompliziert. Man ist schnell unterwegs und gleichzeitig mitten im schönen Cuxhaven.
Was uns außerdem positiv aufgefallen ist: Das gesamte Haus wirkt sehr gepflegt und das Team war stets freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Eine kleine Schraube an der Toilette hatte sich während unseres Aufenthalts gelöst – aber das war wirklich eine absolute Kleinigkeit und hat unseren positiven Gesamteindruck in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt.
