Horrible attitude, attention and service at 210 Euro the Night
Pros:

This was the worst stay I have ever had in Germany in a 4 Stars hotel in the last 35 years of my business career. We got a terrible room "Business Room supposed to be at least 17m2 to 25m2" which most probably was used for drivers or personnel! It was horrible inside it, more than 28 degrees, horrible smell, an air conditioner out of funtion, dirty glass door to a toilet that was 50 cm away from the bed. With two persons in the room, the smell and the tones were horrible, the light straight into the face! We did not sleept all night! The view was nothing but horrible. We were scared to leave the window open as anyone could get inside from the balcony of the apartns 2 m away and from the room fof the restaurant upon which we looked. No see in view, just rubish! And we had written to the hotel and kindly asked them to allocate a room worth 210 Euros we paid! And what we got was this horrible hole, personnel unwilling to listen to business customers, no food after 21:05....! After 1 week still no response from the Best Western gropu, Management or Hotel! We send them all an e-mail!

gute Lage, gute Ausstattung
Pros:

Die sehr gute Lage, viel war fußläufig erreichbar, nah am Wasser. Frühstück war gut und es wurde immer zügig nachgelegt.

Cons:

hatte ein Zimmer der Business -Kategorie, es war sehr klein. Das Waschbecken war keine DIA 4 groß, wie man es nur in Gästetoiletten findet, faktisch keine Abstellfläche im Bad. Die Schreibtischplatte war so dicht am Kopfende des Bettes, dass ich mir in der Nacht 2x den Kopf gestoßen habe. Das Frühstück war im 6 Stock. Es gab nur 2 langsame Aufzüge, da ich darauf angewiesen war, sind erhebliche Wartezeiten aufgekommen.

obwohl das Zimmer, aus sicherer Quelle, schon fertig war, durften wir nicht eine halbe Stunde früher einchecken
