Nothing
We did not eat here as we had a big lunch before arriving. This was a lovely hotel and the staff were very professional and friendly. The room was lovely with a king size bed.
The carpet in the lift was extremely loose. This needs to be replaced or fixed.
Breakfast was good
Meals at night good
Staff brought food out efficiently
Single beds in twin room narrow and on wheels
Floorboards creaky and heard those on floor above moving around
Some noise from renovations after 5pm and smell of glue
Location.
Bathroom dated but clean and acceptable
Great location, lovely building and lounge and restaurant area, great menu with lots of choice, good breakfast
The squeaky floorboards in my room (211) and those beside and above were really bad. Impossible to move without really loud floorboard movement and squeaking. The room above me was moving around at 4.30am for about an hour which woke me up and kept me awake.

Great location
Comfy room
Nothing all good
The breakfast was good but the restaurant Sunday evening was very poor not a lot of choice on the menu due to we were told they had run out of meat apart from 1 steak or pork/turkey which we found in our opinion bad management also the table next to our had a problem with ordering a bottle of wine 3 they chose were not available
The chips were not edible as they were hard also the onion rings we ordered think the chef needs to look at how they are cooking and serving there meals which unfortunately let the hotel down as we were pleased with the hotel in general they also appeared to be short staffed in the restaurant
As stated above
