Please note when booking the Family Room or the Executive Family Room, only children aged 12 years or younger can be accommodated.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool at all times.
The spa area is only avaibale for children aged of 16 years old and above.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

room was great very clean and spacious and a great design , dinner was also great in the bar all the staff were great and helpful they even cope with the extra people from the wedding / birthday party would stay again due to the numbers the breakfast was a buffet so was a bit hit and miss ,
Coffee machine in the breakfast room was rubbish had tea instead
Es muy bonito y muy verde alrededor. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, camas estupendas. Muy buen desayuno buffet. Relación calidad precio-estupenda. Tiene mucho parking. Salón de máquinas de juegos gratis para pequeños y adultos.

Relaxing and comfortable
The setting was lovely, the staff very friendly and on the whole a good stay
There was an obvious issue with some of the rooms in the pool and changing rooms - just a small blip in an otherwise good stay
The location is lovely and quiet. You would need a car to get there which i had so it was no problem. I got upgraded to an executive room which was very spacious and a lovely touch. The bed was really comfortable also. The customer service was 10/10. A hotel i would stay at again when in Swindon.
Some of the areas of the hotel like the bathroom could do with some updating
