When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
Please note when booking the Family Room or the Executive Family Room, only children aged 12 years or younger can be accommodated.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool at all times.
The spa area is only avaibale for children aged of 16 years old and above.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Good location if you have a car, to drive around. Very quiet surroundings.

The view from my bedroom was not nice unfortunatly-Just a view to the roof of the hotel. Too expensive to upgrade

Don’t stay here!! the room smelt like an old people’s home. The sheets had filthy marks on, the sink had what looked like sick on. There was a creepy man that came into room around 10 in the morning while my partner was naked. Tried to email but got a very rude reply calling me a liar. Saying a man never came in but why would I make up that. Very rude and very disrespectful and very disgusting customer service!!

Unfortunately I was not informed when booking that th main restaurant and bar were closed ( not open until June) which put something of a damper on the stay ,also at he time there was a large party of people ( anniversary advent) staying with a number of children running around screaming all evening in the only bar/restaurant that was open ...was planning a nice relaxing evening with my partner but didn't turn out that way . Also paid to use the health center and the jacuzzi was out of order.
I attended a conference and stayed an extra night to meet up with colleagues the next day. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, the food during the conference and the extra night was lovely, and the staff were very helpful and polite throughout my visit.
Comfortable room. Good service from all staff. Loved Carrie’s bar for atmosphere and food.
