Slidt og generelt ikke ordentligt vedligeholdt.

Cons:

Det første værelse, vi fik tildelt, var efter vores vurdering helt uacceptabelt. Der var en kraftig lugt af mug og fugt, som gjorde værelset ubeboeligt. Det er svært at forstå, at hotellet overhovedet udlejer et værelse i den stand, da det efter vores opfattelse kan være sundhedsskadeligt at opholde sig der.

Efter en henvendelse i receptionen fik vi tildelt et andet værelse på samme etage. Personalet håndterede situationen venligt, men desværre levede det nye værelse heller ikke op til forventningerne. Det var væsentligt mindre end det første, fremstod slidt og generelt ikke ordentligt vedligeholdt.

Vores samlede indtryk var, at vi var blevet placeret på en etage, som kun tages i brug, når hotellet er tæt på fuldt belagt, og hvor værelserne tydeligvis afventer en gennemgribende renovering. Det stemmer på ingen måde overens med den standard, vi forventede ud fra hotellets beskrivelse og billeder.

Colazione a buffet in un ambiente piacevole.
Camera all'ultimo piano con delle bellissime finestre ritagliate nel tetto lungo tutta la camera
Camera davvero molto confortevole

Cons:

A colazione non molta selezione di cibi, ed arrivando verso il termine (45 minuti) dell'orario previsto ho trovato difficoltà a trovare un tavolo apparecchiato e assai minore disponibilità di cibo
Per raggiungere la camera che mi è stata assegnata dall'ascensore si devono fare tre tratti di scale con le valigie in mano, piuttosto pesanti
Mi è stato assegnato un parcheggio per i due giorni di soggiorno. Al rientro la sera del primo giorno non c'era più parcheggio disponibile e ci ho messo un po' a trovare una soluzione con la reception

Coffee machine in room didn't work. No not water jug, kettle.
There was a thick winter doomer/bed blanket on the bed with no sheet on a hot summer night with no fan or air-conditioner. That doesn't make sense.

God morgenmads buffet. Beliggenhed er god hvis man vil besøge gammel bydel.

Cons:

Lidt besværlig parkering.
Der var meget høj musik overfor fra en bar. Det sluttede dog omkring 22:30.
