Es ist ein super Hotel um einige Tage in Edinburgh zu verbringen.
Es hat viel charme und hat eine super Lage.
Frühstück war auch super. Alles was man braucht.
Es war etwas hellhörig, aber das war eigentlich kein Problem
Excellent location, superb staff, spacious clean room, toiletries high end, good sized tv, bathroom amazing size and options, well thought out overall.
Hard mattress and road noise meant sleep was bit poor.

Not too far to walk to places and got a free complimentary upgrade on arrival which was very good. Staff were excellent.
Comfortable hotel & close to where we wanted to be
Everything was fine.
Super clean, matched my expectations of a 4 star hotel.
Two mugs were provided for us. One appeared to be inadequately cleaned as it had a lipstick stain and I did not use it. I was also concerned about the shower soap container and noticed a potential mould area in the corner of the shower.
Brilliant location, roughly 20-25 minute walk to most places. Staff were fab, room was lovely and managed to organise balloons in the room for a birthday surprise. Would love to stay again!
There’s nothing to say
We stayed there for 1 night and had to have a cold shower both days, this is a minimum you expect when paying £240 for a 1 night stay.
I also was disappointed to find there is a mirror on the wall with no socket anywhere near it, people usually do their hair in a mirror and require electricity to dry and style it. They did provide an extension cable when I requested though.
Hot water, me and my partner both had to have quick cold showers!!
La habitación tiene un ruido procedente de un extractor de la cocina que va pegado a la pared exterior , desde las 6a.m y durante todo el día.
Un precio muy alto para este grandísimo inconveniente.que ya conozco a otros clientes que también les pasó.
Habitación 103 pero supongo que afecta a todas las de esa pared desde el bajo hacia arriba ya que el tubo va desde abajo hacia arriba del edificio
The hotel isn’t too far from the city centre - a short taxi ride - and is really bright, clean and comfortable throughout. Staff were so friendly and the room was so comfortable, a good size and the beds were really great

Nice location, nice hotel, good breakfast. Had a couple of drinks in the bar which was nice a clean. Really enjoyed the stay.
Might have trouble parking on hotel grounds if very busy. We got a space which was great.
The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering its location in Edinburgh. It is conveniently situated within easy reach of the bus station, with direct connections to Princes Street and many of the city's main attractions.
The property is clean, well maintained, and I particularly appreciated the daily housekeeping service. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was kept in good condition.
The check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
The soundproofing could be improved, although this was not a major issue as the hotel is located in a relatively quiet area. I also tried the breakfast once and felt that the selection could be more varied, with a wider range of options available to guests.
