Fantastic stay!
The location is amazing, the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and there are multiple buses that take you straight to the city center. The breakfast was great with a good variety of both hot and cold options. On top of that, the place was very clean, and the staff was young, energetic, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!
No downsides at all, if we return to Edinburgh, this will definitely be our choice again!

We had an excellent time, staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, good location just out of the centre but easy access. Would recommend.
No evening food on certain days, however we were recommended nearby which was excellent.

Ubicación: hay un parque delante perfecto para mi perra y además está a 15 minutos andando del centro. Estás cerca, pero fuera del bullicio. La habitación era grande y tanto los colchones como la almohadas muy cómodas. Alrededor del hotel hay muchos cafés con opciones veganas y no veganas para desayunar, así como muchos restaurantes
No me gusta el hecho de que no pueda dejar a mi perra ni que sea una hora sola en la habitación teniendo en cuenta que no ladra, no hace ruido, simplemente se queda dormida. En estos casos, como se dice, "pagamos justos por pecadores"
Quarto extremamente confortável, aconchegante, grande e limpo, com máquina de café, chás e docinhos à disposição. Existe um PUB anexo ao hotel no subsolo, o que facilitou muito a nossa alimentação de noite. Café da manhã bem servido e com produtos muito frescos.
Precisa andar uns 10 minutos para chegar no centro da cidade.
Very nice hotel and location, close to restaurants and other amenities. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was quite good.
I booked for 4 adults and 2 children, the reservation for some reason was booked through Booking and the hotel as just 4 adults. I tried resolving the issue through the chat, but I felt I was treated like I was trying to scam the hotel. As the chat doesn't allow attachments, I sent an email with all required printscreens to show the issue (showing recent searches for 4 adults and 2 children, and Booking rooms suggestion), explaining how to reproduce the exact same error (searching rooms for a family of 4 adults and 2 children makes Booking suggest 1 superior and 1 standard room, when the superior room does NOT suit a 2 adults and 2 children), and although they resolved it with a room upgrade (or else the children would not have where to sleep) I was still charged for their breakfast (which at least was not expensive), and hotel didn't even had the consideration of replying my email. When I asked reception about the email, gentleman said that even with the email that was the management decision. At checkout I told them they should check their booking.com settings for each room as they were wrong and pointing to incorrect number of guests for those rooms, I was told they never had this issue and was told to complain to Booking.com. Now the issue is mysteriously fixed and making the same search for the same amount of people it suggests bigger rooms.

The staff very fantastic and breakfast was very good cooked to order and a lot o choice. The small girl at reception was so kind and helpfull. We will be back net time in Edinburgh.
