The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location, with easy access to the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.
outside bit dated but room was ok and clean. staff helpful with questions had to have card reprogrammed as had trouble getting in room otherwise all ok
breakfast not so good, rubber eggs poss been to long under lamp and bacon not nice
large room, partial sea view, comfy bed. some areas of hotel had been refurbished, very basic breakfast,
had a 'work in progress feel', outside areas incredibly scruffy around seating area, ashtrays overflowing, litter everywhere, weeds in plant pots - no flowers, bar shut early, shutters came down then went back up - nearly caused a riot among some residents,
Room is old but clean. I have not had the breakfast.

I got a parking ticket even though I put my registration in the hotel machine
I didn't like the fact I drove 5 hours to this destination and booking.com had cancelled my reservation without letting me know no email so me and my children had to sleep in the car for 2 nights I'm disgusted

Outside was a mess no flowers chairs just left ashtray full and all over table
2 staff members stood out throughout our stay (Anan & Luigi) they were very courteous and helpful and managed the breakfast area very well on the morning staff called in sick.
The state of the breakfast area and the and lack of catering skills by some of the staff members. None replenishment of fruit juice at 9am in the morning, with tables not cleaned after use by other diners.
How close it is to the beach / sea have stayed here 3 other times and we will continue to keep doing so as we really love it
Not having a sea view room
The standout feature of this hotel was the exceptional service from a few members of the team. Luigi and Anand were truly outstanding — the place would not be the same without them.
I’ve never encountered a hotel with so many dogs, including in the breakfast restaurant. Dog hair covered the chairs. The rooms were average at best, and housekeeping doesn’t clean during your stay — they only swap towels if you leave them outside your door. The curtains were filthy, and I didn’t even want to touch them. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Ideal location on the beachfront, comfy beds, clean bathroom
Very stuffy rooms- no aircon and tiny windows. Fans provided but they couldn’t be plugged in beside bed due to incompatible sockets.
Breakfast items had run out well before the end of the breakfast time. No saucers. Wobbly table.
Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful. Clean and well kept room . We had a lovely stay here and were lucky to have great weather too.
Outside looks a bit outdated and gardens need a bit of TLC but that doesn't affect your stay
From the outside it didn't look promising but the inside was a pleasant surprise. Nice facilities and great staff
The TV remote wasn't working although it didn't bother me. The carpet in the room was very tired. The shower was spluttering
