Zamówiłam łóżeczko dla dziecka nie było przygotowane po zwróceniu uwagi pan z recepcji przyniósł łóżeczko i dwie poduszki. Jak zapytałam o prześcieradło czy kołderkę powiedzial nie ma. Sofa niewygodna zapadała sie a w pokoju duszno jeden wentylator. Okna nie mozna było otworzyć bo wieczorem pod hotelem ktoś sie rozbił carawanem i muzyka głośna.

Ideal location and the room was a good size. Great for what we needed
It was very hot in the hotel. When we arrived the weather was boiling and the hotel had the heating on in the corridors. It was quite uncomfortable

The location is fabulous! It’s right on the beach with a view of the sea and in a great area for restaurants and pubs.
From the outside it looks a little run down and dated but inside is really lovely. Staff weren’t the most welcoming but did their job.

Lovely people on duty. Helpful and welcoming. Dog friendly and 10 mins walk from dog friendly beach area. Easy to find.
Best Western really need to invest in some TLC It's a great location but the place is tired and old. Needs painting, weeding, and a good old tidy up in all the communal areas. It is very cheap to stay and breakfast is included but was pretty tasteless. I don't blame the staff at all. This is a hotel suffering from under investment which is a shame as it's a great location when the sun is out.

A 3 night stay and not once did they clean the room. After chatting on the last morning we were told we should have put a tag on the door.
