Pros:

La comida bastante buena, la habitación amplia, el balcón súper bien.
El trato con los empleados magnífico, ya sea en el bar o en el restaurante.

Cons:

El acceso a la playa muy complicado, la limpieza de la habitación regulín.
Incluso un día estábamos en el balcón y la señora entró a limpiar, no me pareció muy normal la verdad.

Las habitaciones limpias y bien cuidadas , nos cambiaban las tohallas todos los días los desayunos brutales y las noches fueron entretenidas con las salas de ocio y música genial, regresaremos.

Closeness to the beach, nice pool (although water was cold), friendly staff.

Cons:

Food - canteen- rather than hotel-like. Difficult to find something that tastes well/makes an impression of being healthy and unprocessed. Very loud in the restaurant (staff banging dishes). Coffee is not tasty, neither is the filtered water. Hotel guests "reserve" loungers end then leave, so when one decides to go to the beach first and then come back, there is no space even though many lounges are empty. Hotel does nothing about this, even though it is forbidden to reserve.

L’hotel si trova in una buona posizione, le camere sono spaziose, gli spazi esterni sono molto belli

Cons:

L’offerta del ristorante è ripetitiva, siamo andati spesso a mangiare fuori dall’hotel. I cocktail offerti nell’all inclusive sono scadenti.

Pros:

Me encantó todo, pero lo principal fue Priscila la recepcionista, una gran persona y profesional. Un diez para esa chica . La comida de diez y la piscina muy limpia . La cercanía de la playa de 10 también .

El que las personas cojan hamaca y se pierdan todo el día y que los que verdaderamente queremos quedarnos allí no tuviésemos hamacas

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, modernes, gepflegtes Gebäude, sehr sauber, Lage ideal am Strand, trotzdem nicht weit in den Ort Costa Calma zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und genossen den Blick aufs Meer nach Süden mit Sonne den ganzen Tag. Alle Mahlzeiten vom Buffet, sehr abwechslungsreiche Küche. Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Super Hotel.
