Pros:

El acceso a la playa y la cercanía al puerto.

Cons:

La calidad de la comida no es buena.
El personal del bar de piscina está estresado y atiende de malos modos. Con excepción de una camarera que fue súper amable.
Al hotel le falta mantenimiento. Nos quedamos en la suite, detalles de muebles gastados, zócalos salidos, el jacuzzi no funcionaba.

Świetna lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem w jednej ze stref hotelu. Bezpośrednie zejście z urokliwą zatoczką. Obsługa sympatyczna, bardzo sprawna i szybka. Jedzenie w porządku, wybór standardowy , kawa dobra. Napoje w wersji all inclusive ok. Uważam, że stosunek jakości do ceny jest świetny.

Cons:

Hotel ma swoje lata co widać. Wyposażnie raczej utrzymane w dobrym stanie i przede wszystkim czyste, ale czuć już powiew tych mijących lat.

Lage des Hotel, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Parkanlage und Poollandschaft, Abendunterhaltung, Zimmerservice war top!
Gemischtes internationales Publikum von jung bis alt. Uns gefällt das.

Cons:

Man muss wissen, die Anlage ist sehr gross und es ist somit Massenbetrieb. Daher laut im Restaurant. Aber das Service- und Küchenteam ist sehr professionell und hat alles im Griff. Lob hierfür!

Zalety hotelu:
- panoramiczny widok na ocean
- położony przy pięknych plażach
- zadbany teren wokół hotelu
- podgrzewany basen pod koniec lutego
- duże pokoje
- komfortowy sen
- dobra oferta all inclusive
- jedzenie smaczne, duży wybór
- miły personel

Cons:

Ogólne wrażenie jest bardzo dobre, jednak są drobne niedoskonałości, jak brak zestawu do parzenia kawy i herbaty w pokoju. Tylko jeden rodzaj poduszek, które są wąskie i specyficzne, co nie każdemu może odpowiadać.

Pros:

La zona de la piscina es amplia y muy agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable, con la playa al lado, y las vistas al mar son simplemente espectaculares. Además, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y perfecto para desconectar.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue la actitud de algunos trabajadores. Desde el personal que está detrás de la cocina hasta ciertos camareros, daba la sensación de que estaban a disgusto y que cualquier petición suponía un esfuerzo innecesario. Creo que una atención más cercana y amable mejoraría mucho la experiencia.

Ich kann die vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Das Essen All inklusive war abwechlungsreich, schöne Sonnenterasse beim Restaurant, Getränke an den Bars ohne Wartezeiten, nur die vorgemischten Cocktails sollte man meiden. Personal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Zimmerupgrade Suite mit Dachterasse ausserordentlich !

In het algemeen waren we tevreden.
Pros:

Het is een prachtige locatie en het terrein van het hotel is ook heel mooi. Je kan er lange wandelingen maken langs de kust.

Cons:

Het eten voldeed helaas niet helemaal aan onze verwachtingen op basis van de feedback. Op sommige verdiepingen was er een kooklucht aanwezig.
