Klantonvriendelijk.
Pros:

Sauna: natte en droge, ijsfontein, mineraal-bubbelbad - allemaal erg goed. Buitenzwembad is verwarmd. Restaurant: lekker en verfijnd eten, de ene schotel volgt wel nogal snel achter veel andere, zonder pauze.

Cons:

Grootte van de kamer valt tegen. Ook de badkamer is klein. De wc staat achter de deur; als je partner binnenkomt terwijl je op toilet zit, dan knalt de deur tegen je knieën. Uitzicht van de kamer: parking + continu lawaai van de uitlaat van de keuken, vermoed ik. 4*-hotel onwaardig. Restaurant: we vroegen of we bij het raam mochten zitten. Om een of andere reden kon dat niet, terwijl 3 tafels de hele tijd leeg stonden?! Een 4° werd beschikbaar 5 minuten nadat wij neerzaten, men had ons toch nog kunnen laten verhuizen, maar neen, het kon niet. Ook een andere gast vroeg wat later of hij bij het raam mocht zitten, het kon niet, terwijl toen bijna alle tafels al leeg waren. Het was bijzonder rustig in het restaurant en toch mocht het niet?! Klantvriendelijk?! Met zo'n mentaliteit krijg je wellicht nooit een 5° ster. Bed: erg goed, aan de smalle kant voor een 4*-hotel. Ontbijt: verzorgd . Bij check-out werd niet eens gevraagd hoe alles geweest was!? Klant is niet belangrijk, concludeer ik daaruit. Prijs-kwaliteit: de sauna maakte veel goed, maar enkel voor de kamer was het zeker overprijsd.

Perfect.
Pros:

Waking up to the fabulous view, breakfast and the feeling of complete relaxation and well being. The staff were all friendly and courteous and keen to assist with any enquiry.

Wish was staying longer

Location , just a very relaxing , pools were lovely, the staff were amazing too

Cons:

One Coffee machine wasn’t working and had to queue a long time for coffee, the guy in front of me was getting Five for his table , but everyone was very civil about it . No biggy

Really enjoyable and can't wait to go back
Pros:

Great hotel in a dream location, on a cliff overlooking a gorgeous beach - great for surfing. I've stayed here a few times now. Very good breakfast, lovely bar / lounge area and the staff are great, very friendly and welcoming, particularly the concierge - he's brilliant.

Cons:

Bad Wi-Fi and the rooms could do with modernising - furniture a bit traditional seasidey hotel, shower in the bath vibe and the furniture is a bit dated. But you won't be staying in the room very much because you'll be on the beach and surfing all day!
