Great and Friendly Staff, Very clean rooms!
Pros:

The room was very quiet and clean. The staff was great! Rosalyn, Rakeem and Mr. Stacy were Awesome and so very helpful.

Cons:

Getting breakfast was horrible, the breakfast area is way too small! People kept bumping into me and by the time I got to my table my food was cold. Refills at the breakfast bar took forever and making waffles took way too long because there are only 2 waffle irons.

Please accommodate the residents better next time
Pros:

Very clean, staff friendly

Cons:

I received the incorrect room which was supposed to include a pull out couch, I had to sleep on the floor because I was given the wrong room; our shower water was cold, the phone did not work, and some lights where broken

Friendly staff, need to work on housekeeping and changing out some things.
Pros:

Location was great and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were not very clean. Had to move from the first room due to how nasty it was. The water pressure is terrible and the water did not get hot; barely got warm.
