Pros:

Very clean, staff friendly

Cons:

I received the incorrect room which was supposed to include a pull out couch, I had to sleep on the floor because I was given the wrong room; our shower water was cold, the phone did not work, and some lights where broken

Friendly staff, need to work on housekeeping and changing out some things.
Pros:

Location was great and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were not very clean. Had to move from the first room due to how nasty it was. The water pressure is terrible and the water did not get hot; barely got warm.

Pros:

The staff is amazing very welcoming, kind and helpful. Location is walking distance to our son's apartment. Breakfast was better than most hotels; potatoes seasoned nicely. Black out shades worked well. Room was quiet.

Cons:

Even at the lowest speed the HVAC fan made the air feel cold when the air hit you. Internet was out when we arrived and took more than a day to repair. Even though we drove, an airport shuttle would be nice for future trips and insure we would always stay here on future trips.

Cons:

Our original King size booking was not available upon check-in.
Dirty soiled toilet seat.
Hair in our face towels from previous guests.
Trash was not disposed from previous guests.
One of the hooks to hang our coats was loose and came apart after we tried hanging our garments.
Dust bunnies on one of the beds, but thank God we had another queen bed.
No refund or compensation for what I requested.

A decent stay for the money.
Pros:

Great location with free parking and a decent breakfast.

Cons:

Hot water never got hot was lukewarm when showering and the bathroom sink was clogged up so the bathroom sink would fill with water whenever it was used.
