Good but could have been better
Pros:

Friendly staff, very clean, great pool
Easy to get to Amphitheater
Good food

Cons:

Room was very cold and thermostat could not be changed
Also there were no blankets and when we asked for extra towels we waited an hour and then gave up and went to sleep

Pros:

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean. Enjoyed the shuttle service to the concert at the Mystic Lake Amphitheater. Loved the free valet service.

Cons:

It was a little loud in one section of the casino due to construction. But other than night was a great facility!

Dinner and Concert
Pros:

The reason for us to be at Mystic Lake Casino was our 45th anniversary. We did not stay in the hotel so I cannot read that.
We did eat at the steakhouse and it was absolutely fabulous, so delicious.
We saw the Mavericks in concert. They are the best. I would rate this experience a five star.

Pros:

The steakhouse was exquisite, the room was spacious and the view from it was very nice.

Cons:

we couldn't adjust the temp in the room, and there was no fan/heating/ac unit.
