This was by far our worst experience at a LaQuinta. Upon arrival both elevators were out of order. We booked two rooms, opened the door to one of our rooms and was greeted by construction equipment in the room and the room was clearly under maintenance. We were moved to two new rooms. Our king room had a tub shower. The water did not drain properly so when we took showers we would end up standing in 4 inches of water because it would take about 30 minutes for the water to drain. In our double room we returned one afternoon to find ants all over one of our suitcases. This was a very disappointing experience. The only bright spot was the front desk staff. The front desk staff were very pleasant, accommodating and professional. I give the front desk staff 5 stars, but sadly despite the property being fairly new it needs a lot of maintenance help.
There was not enough water coming out of the shower for me to use. Also it was only cold water. The towels were paper thin. It would be more useful it they just gave me a paper towel roll.
My room was next to ice machine, which was VERY LOUD every time someone would get ice.
The front clerk to help was great and really nice and professional. Our second night there was a belligerent guest in i'll wait down from us. The man was cursing and talking loud, slamming doors through the hallway at one o'clock in the morning. This is so disrespectful & a disturbance. I called the front desk and made a complaint. However, he started back doing the same thing again moments later. At this point he should have been asked to leave. Again this is disrespectful and unacceptable for other guests who are trying to rest.
The cleaning condition was very poor. In particular, the floor and bathroom were very dirty. I would not go there again and would not recommend it.

Warning!!! If you’re in a wheelchair, or handicapped, please stay away!! Our room was on the very end of the hall; the absolute opposite side of the hotel of the elevators. So to have a child with cerebral palsy walk that length was out of the question. The room was in a terrible state, from the ac wall gauge not working, the fibers of the carpet coming up a few inches and getting stuck in wheels, to the rusty screw sticking out of the bathroom floor in between the toilet and bath, the shower curtain having holes and stains all over it, to the beds dipping and the pillows being paper thin. Now to the cleanliness of the property…the outside is covered in bird nests and poop, the elevator sounds like it’s about to break and is covered with sticky stuff on the walls and floors, the sheets and towels had hair all over them. It’s like the people that work here just don’t care and don’t understand that they’re in the hospitality industry.

The overall stay was great. The customer service at the front desk was awesome. They were polite, and made sure that my reservations were correct! Amanda, Rebecca, Karla were phenomenal. They took care of my staff and my team!
One night trip would stay again
The desk staf was very good. The rooms were dirty, the shower had not been cleaned and there was used soap in it. The pillow cases had blood on them and the bed had hair in it. It was made but dirty.
