Pros:

I really like the location. Rooms were nice. Pool was nice. I’ll stay here again.

Cons:

The girls running up and down the hallway, but that’s what Kids do. No big deal.

Good value and location
Pros:

Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Location is good, hotel is near the airport (5-10 min drive), shuttle to airport is free.

Cons:

Some minor things in the room could be renewed. Cutleries and dishes during breakfast are disposable.

Pros:

The room was very clean. You’re able to adjust the temp for the room. The staff was friendly and I believe that it’s a reasonable price for what you get.

Cons:

Would be great if the deposit for the room was added when booked and not when you arrive. They tell you that you get the full deposit back for the room but you don’t because parking is not free which they do not tell you even though there is nowhere else around to park

It’s ok for a few days stay.
Pros:

Room was big for 3 adults and a child. Stayed in a king suite. Comfortable. Super close to O’Hare, Allstate Arena, and restaurants.

Cons:

Toilet was filled with urine, the sliding door for bathroom wasn’t good. Kept on opening no matter how gentle we were about closing it. also, bathroom didn’t have a functional fan. Layout of bedroom and furniture was weird.

It was very comfortable and conveniently located.
Pros:

The staff was accommodating getting us a room to fit our family better in. The front desk Stephanie was very nice and the other girl at the desk when we checked in Friday, the breakfast was really the best hotel breakfast we’ve had

Cons:

The pool didn’t have a lot of towels but that’s ok we bring from home typically!
