Golden Tulip Marseille Euromed

The staff is friendly and polite! Rooms were very nice and comfortable. The area is absolutely perfect in the old port region. Able to walk to many things and scooter quickly to anywhere you want to go.

Very close to the British Consulate. Good public transport access. The room was clean but we ran out of soap and it wasn’t refilled. I had a cup of tea in the room and the cup and teabag weren’t replaced. The towel quality was average.

This hotel is clearly for business travelers
There is no food available in the weekends except breakfast. All the restaurants near the hotel are closed on weekends.

You pay $25 for parking it took an hour to download app and register and pay!! Then 2 key cards didn’t work staff didn’t even say sorry or anything!! No frig in room very low class towels not a four star more like a two at best!!

Friendly (if delayed - 1 receptionist on duty dealing with a guests query) but our room turned out to have not been cleaned after the last guest! Quickly moved to another room that couldn’t be faulted. Good breakfasts and lovely staff. Very good location for the ferry port.

The hotel was a bit further away from where would have liked to be in Marseille, but there was a bus right outside the hotel that went right to Vieux Port and Catalans beach. While the hotel is close to the water, you can't access it without a far walk.

The hotel is showing some age and in need of an update. The shower smelled like mold. No conditioner or lotion was provided, only a shampoo/body wash combination and hand soap.

There was no fridge in room or coffee maker. The "king bed" was actually two beds pushed together that separated in the night and left us with sore backs, necks and shoulders.

The pool and patio with sun loungers was nice to relax at mid day, and the drinks from the bar were good. The rooms with the sea view did have a nice view.

Très déçue j’ai pris cet hôtel pour la piscine, elle était en maintenance.
Le parking n’est pas sur place.
On m’annonce 10h30 pour le petit déjeuner j’arrive donc à 10h, les serveurs désagréable au possible ramassent absolument tout devant moi même si je leur ai demandé de juste me laisser prendre une assiette vu que les clients mangeaient encore mais non.
J’ai vraiment été déçue de la qualité du service déplorable et pourtant je suis rendue à plus de 100 hôtels cette année et je suis rarement vraiment déçue. Mais là le service est tellement médiocre que cela vous dégoûte pour le reste.

The property is located in a convenient area. The was booked for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 and it was much larger than standard hotel rooms, providing enough space. The pool was conveniently located and breakfast was available. The room however had noticeable stains on the couch and carpet. The bathroom in the room we were placed in had mildew.

Excellent location for walking to and from the central areas with shopping. Mall is about 15 mins walk. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Elizabeth was excellent! Would stay here again!

It was easy to get around from the hotel. The staff is friendly and the pool is nice.

Nous avons eu une excellente experience during notre sejour . Le personnel a ete extremement attentif a nos besoins de la reception, aux serveurs , au technicien , tout le monde ete tout sourire et vraiment a nos petits soins

Hôtel standard avec une accumulation de petits désagréments
Pas de pression dans la douche, signalé mais le technicien n'est jamais passé, allers retours systématiques a l'accueil pour réactiver les badges, tapis de course de la salle de sport qui se bloque toutes les 5 min, clim a fond qui ne peut pas être réglé, personne au bar pour payer... A part ça c'était ok

Loved this hotel and the staff has been amazing. Most of them speak very good english it’s so great. The hotel is nice and the sea view from my room was so beautiful. Thank you all and of course, see you soon !

This was a terrible experience. The hotel was filthy. The carpet in my room was stained beyond belief. I should have left after I saw the room. The experience was beyond disappointing. There was trash left in the hallway for days. The elevators were filthy. The lobby floor was disgusting. This was an awful, dirty and filthy hotel. I would love to see a refund for such a terrible experience.

Comfortable and nice hotel

Quiet, well located and very comfy. Would love to come again to enjoy the pool we havent't had time enough to try.

Once past the lobby and off the elevator, hallways looked bad? Carpet was stained and dirty looking. Walls were all scratched up. The rooms looked worn out. The carpet looked like no one had vacuumed in a month. At least bedding appeared clean and bathroom looked fairly clean. I was really disappointed and was traveling with a group who were all disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Hotel is in great area and looks nice from outside. I would not stay here again though as was not happy with the lack in housekeeping.
