Dated hotel, subpar service
Pros:

This hotel has large, spacious rooms, but they are dated and uninviting. Breakfast was the only high point.

My room had an unpleasant smell because of a mildewed shower curtain that permeated the entire space. I requested a fresh one, and was told a note would be left for housekeeping. However, that did not alleviate the problem as I was only staying one night.

When we arrived around 8pm, the front desk was unattended and we had to wait several minutes for service.

Overall, my experience with the cleanliness of the room and my interactions with staff were very disappointing.

Exceptional service and perfectly clean rooms

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay at the Embassy Suites Akron Canton Airport. The experience was phenomenal from beginning to end. Check-in was smooth, and I have to give a special shout-out to Lexi, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome immediately. Our room was impeccably clean and perfectly prepared for our stay, which made it very easy to relax.

Throughout the visit, the entire staff demonstrated a high standard of professional service and genuine hospitality. As a Hilton Honors member, I always look for consistent, quality service, and this property truly delivered on every front. We will definitely be back.

Ms. Vera the omelette station Chef is awesome!
Pros:

The hotel staff, the front desk, the housekeeping, and especially the station chef at the Embassy suites Hilton Akron. Her name is Ms. Vera from
Macedonia. She was so pleasant and nice. She handled the entire omelette station plus refreshing all the hot item foods all by herself. She deserves recognition beyond measure. Thank you so very much Ms. Vera.

Best five stars someday we ll go back there.
Pros:

They did right design of room with sofa and long table big enough bathroom glad they put night light also best shampoo and conditioner and body wash those smell so good and soft for skin . Also great breakfast food too also it cool doorbell flash it wasn’t bright enough good thing lady knocked hard I hear it.

Cons:

Unfortunately little cold water in pool that’s ok .
