I think the breakfast was ok it wasn’t much of a selection for the non meat eaters but what was provided was ok wish they offered more

Cons:

I didn’t like this hotel couldn’t offer no towels what happened to laundry and housekeeping this weekend. I have no idea what was going on but it was frustrating my kids had no towels for the pool so we used the towels from the room then was told they had only one towel to give a us so that was frustrating I had to use one towel to shower 4 people hotel is beautiful but this trip was just a bad experience

The room was nice,staff were friendly

Cons:

There was a wedding that came into the hotel, they hung out in the lobby (which you could see from our room) they were so loud and kept my family up until way after 3 am in the morning. We ended up checking out early because we could not sleep at all! We didn't even get to enjoy the buffer breakfast the next morning that we paid for because of this. My husband to the lady at the desk why we were checking out early and she said" the wedding people were kinda loud huh" and chuckled like it was funny that we missed out on our stay.

We will do it again with our other grandchildren.
Pros:

We used the hotel as a fun Fall Break vaca for our granddaughters. Everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff made our grands feel special.

Cons:

Short on dining room cleaning staff on Saturday (only saw 1 person cleaning the tables) whereas on Friday there were 3 ladies on the floor.

Cons:

Couldn't get desired channels on TV in bedroom in the morning; got them on living room TV the night before. Didn't find any written instructions

Pros:

Absolutely amazing experience. The full serve made to order breakfast is a hit too. One person of particular note for the care shown to others is the cook. Her name is Vera. She is a great face of the business.
