Hotel Hispano

It was good. The hotel was old , but the bed was very comfortable and the best coffee at breakfast.

Nice little hotel in a good location. The bus station is a few minutes walk as are the shops and restaurants. There's a pleasant park across the street too. Probably the best asset is the staff. They are young and so nice and helpful. Hispano is very clean and my bed was very comfortable and plenty of TV channels. Negatives. My bedroom was a bit shabby and the woodwork is in need of repainting. Breakfast is not great. Toast, cheese and ham plus jam and dulce de leche. There's 2 choices of cereal and some fruit. Adequate but that's all. There's a nice coffee shop tho I never saw it very busy however I did visit out of season.

The staff was fabulous but unfortunately we had a disappointing room. It was extremely cold; terribly cold. We were given extra blankets and slept good but we weren't comfortable to hang out it room since heater put out a negligible amount of heat. Room was also damp. The bathroom was shockingly small; a large person could not have taken a shower in space provided. The bathroom was also so damp and wet there were snail like insects living in it.

Staff not helpful, unsure about accepting credit card than did. Breakfast supposedly included coffee and a small dried pastry. Room crowded with extra bed bathroom facilities ok. Location out of the way right next to multiple bus stops.
Vina del Mar has lost whatever charm it once had go somewhere else.

A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e educada! A cidade é uma maravilha. Vale passeios a pé por Vina del Mar e, depois, ir de carro para passear por Val Paraíso. O café Turri em Val Paraiso é imperdível: cozinha excelente e vista maravilhosa!
Voltando ao hotel, quero reiterar o carinho e atenção prestadas pelos seus funcionários. Além disso o quarto/apartamento que fiquei era bastante confortável e limpo. A localização do hotel ajuda muito, pois pode-se visitar os pontos turísticos a pé. Dois dias inteiros são a exata medida para realizar passeios por Vina del Mar e Val Paraíso!

We were told that weekends through the summer, they have concerts nearby which attract some big
North American names. (We were there Tuesday and Wednesday).

El hotel es cómodo y de fácil acceso, cercano a varios lugares de interés en la ciudad. Limpio, ordenado y con el personal con muy buena disposición. Lo malo es que no tiene estacionamiento dentro del hotel.

Check and reception were amazing. Breakfast is excellent. The pool and outdoor bar are nice but the service is lacking. The room needs updating and the air conditioner is so loud you cannot talk or sleep.

A quaint hotel in viña with a very friendly staff.

Muy amables todos, apesar de no estar la habitacion que reservamos nos dieron 2 por el mismo precio, una de ellas la 44 necesita cambio de la ducha y el agua sale demaciado caliente que es dificil de regular por lo demas todo bien lo recomendaria.

La estadía estuvo muy agradable. No es un hotel nuevo, pero es acogedor, cómodo, muy limpio y tiene una excelente ubicación. Además, está al lado del Parque de la Quinta Vergara.Tiene muy buena relación precio-calidad. No es un lugar pretencioso y las personas que lo atienden, son muy cercanas.
A mis niños les gustó mucho, así es que volveremos de todas maneras.

en pleno centro de Viña, un lugar sencillo pero cómodo y con todo lo necesario. la gerente Hilda mu atenta en todo. muy fácil para moverse en Viña y alrededores !

una experiencia inolvidable super recomendable la atención de la gente es maravillosa nos hicieron pasar unos días bellísimos muy calido, el desayuno muy abundante y la atención del comedor maravillosa, al igual que el almuerzo que a pesar de no estar incluido es recomendable y económico, ya volveremos el año que viene por mas días.

Hotel bem simples. Qusrto pequeno sem mordomia. Cama mole. Cafe da manha tipo de pensao.

Petit hôtel familial un peu vieillot. Très bon accueil.

Estuvo muy bien.
Buen desayuno, buena atención.
Las instalaciones son un poco descuidadas y por el precio se debería tener el hotel en una mejor condición.
El internet nunca nos funcionó en ninguna ubicación del hotel, a mejorar también.
Ubicación justo a un costado de la Quinta Vergara.
Volveríamos a quedarnos.

Très agréable expérience. Le personnel et attentieux et chalereux. L'hotel se trouve tout près des principaux attraits et du transport. J'ai énormément apprécié l'expérience.

Hispano was an ideal spot for us to check out Vina Del Mar and Valprasio from.
We could walk to the beach, shops, plenty of food and the subway station was only a block away.
The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful to us and the attached cafe was great for a nice coffee.
The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed.
We would happily stay there again :-)
