staff was great! Jesus in resturant was great and friendly

breakfast food was the samething everyday (7 day stay). need to serve different types of hot food on a daily basis.
front doors were broke so they stayed opened 24 hours therefore mosquitos were inside lounge on a daily basis which we were having to swat all the time!

"Un hotel para recordar y un día regresar"

Es un hotel perfecto, buen precio, excelente ubicación ya que estás en medio de los puntos interesantes de la región, el personal demasiado amable, servicial y profesional, la comida fresca, abundante y rica del bufete del desayuno, café buenísimo. Pedimos que nos llevaran una hamburguesa al cuarto la cual estaba bien rica con una carne excelente y combinación de papas y ensalada buenísimas. La habitación sin ningún ruido para dormir y muy limpia. Por supuesto que cuando vaya volveré a elegir este hotel sin dudarlo. GRACIAS! a todos los que atienden, comenzando por los recepcionistas super amables y los de la cocina serviciales a más no poder. Gracias 💛

Personal recepción y restaurante amable. (No hay asistencia para llegada al hotel y descenso de equipaje)

Acceso cómodo a las instalaciones.

Instalaciones de las habitaciones descuidadas
Una de las sábanas percudida, da mal aspecto.
Al entrar a la habitación el olor era a cañería.
Las juntas de los azulejos del piso del baño muy percudidas.
Muy mala calidad en el papel higiénico y en los artículos de cortesía de higiene personal. Solo habia un jabón pequeño de manos y los botes rellenables de la regadera estaban vacíos.
A las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento y limpieza profunda.
Los canales básicos de la TV se transmitian con.muy baja resolución(pixeleado).
El teléfono para comunicarse a recepción no funcionaba con normalidad y con uno de los soportes rotos.
Área de habitación muy reducida.
