Hacienda Hotel

La estancia fue buena, lo que no fue buena fue la aplicación Expedia, ya que mi reservación no se reflejó en el hotel, afortunadamente había habitaciones disponibles

Charge me $30 dlls more that i was told. Too loud in mornings janitors start cleaning before 9 am, no toilet towel, bathtub not clean, tv remote control didnt work had change 3 times,no elevator and no help with bags to go upstairs,no breakfast not even coffee in the room, they take dollar $16 when is at $17.50

ES un fraude, ya que por telefono te dicen una cosa al momento de hacer la reservacion y cuando llegas al hotel te aumentan en casi el doble de precio, escudandose que la gente que te atiende en la lla,ada y principalmnete los de expedia no saben ni lo que dicen, esas fueron las palabras por parte del personal del hotel.

Experiencia incómoda en muchos sentidos, ese hotel no respeta lo que ofrece la página ni el precio ni las condiciones de la habitación... afortunadamente el personal de hoteles.com resolvió lo del cobro extra gracias pero no me vuelvo a hospedar ahi

We never had WI-fi, there is no fridge in the room and also the iron was missing. Other than that, our stay was ok.

Esta bonito, limpio y con buen espacio. Sólo que varias luces no funcionaban y se veía oscura la habitación, tampoco funcionó la secadora de cAbello.

Hotel is in a hidden area underneath an overpass, if that tells you anything. No free breakfast, no ice, no refrigeration but does have free parking underground. Make sure you park in an area monitored by cameras. My car was victim of a hit and run in the parking lot but the cameras were angled away from the spot. Of course, they are not responsible for accidents...The closet was missing knobs and was difficult to open unless you grabbed the protruding sharp ends of the screws. The internet was free but was not working. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. It was very noisy because, once again, you are underneath an overpass and public buses are right outside the patio revving their engines. No "thank you" when checking out or being asked how my stay was. I would have told them.. and that was prior to finding out my car had been smashed in their parking lot.

El arquitectura del hotel es de estilo espñol clasico. Es muy hermoso. El estendar de limpiedad es alto, y el personal es muy servicial.

One night stay with my wife. Very quiet and room was clean and cozy. They only "black spot" in this review is that the A/C took too long to cool the room but we have to consider that it was summer time when temperatures go into triple digits °F. All in all an excellent option in Reynosa at a very low price.

Very relax, stress free

Hotel limpio y cómodo. Estilo colonial por dentro, muy bonito. El área donde se ubica no es muy agradable, hay que llegar en taxi. Ubicado en una avenida muy importante de la ciudad, pero junto a un paso a desnivel, lo que hace un poco complicado el acceso.

Me gusto aun que toda la noche mucha gente afuera gritando no dejo dormir bien pero el lugar está muy bonito me gusto

TODO EL PERSONAL ES MUY AMABLE REALIZAN EL CHEK IN MUY RÁPIDO TE DAN TODA LA INFORMACIÓN NECESARIA PARA UNA CÓMODA ESTANCIA Y RESUELVEN EFICIENTEMENTE TUS DUDAS.

El hotel está bien salvo q no tiene bell boy, y ahí mismo té comentan q no salgas después de las 7 porque la zona no es segura y su restaurante estaba cerrado desde que llegamos a las 6pm y al siguiente día abría hasta después de las 7 Am por lo q no pude ni cenar ni desayunar

Me gusta mucho este hotel, siempre en reynosa me quedo en este ya que prefiero apoyar a la economía local, los precios están muy bajos para lo que realmente ofrecen sus habitaciónes... habitaciones súper limpias y el personal es muy amable... es un hotel muy mexicano y está muy bonito... pareciera que te transportas al centro del país... los domingos hacen buffet en su restaurante y es una delicia...

Las instalaciones lindas, modestas pero cómodas y limpias. El GRAN inconveniente es que en el pago incluía el desayuno pero no existió tal servicio porque el restaurante estaba de vacaciones y no hubo iniciativa para compensarlo.
