you could hear people walking above us all night. it sounded like someone stomping all night.
The kitchen staff was told that the eggs were expired by a couple months. They acknowledged and said thanks for letting them know, but never removed them. Gross!

Lots of grass outside for walking the dog, and parking lot was well lit for early morning dog outs
Vents on hot tub floor were raised, potentially causing a tripping hazard, especially if entering with jets running.
Sliding door for bathroom is not the best idea. It wouldn't stay closed all the way. But I appreciated the night light in the bathroom
Close to my venue and easy to find
I had to return to the check in desk 3 times to get a key that worked. I finally asked the attendant to give me a new key after she kept insisting on trying to reprogram the key she gave me which obviously wasn’t working. It was after 9 pm by then and it was very frustrating.
Clean remodeled room. Also actually had maid service after only 1 night. Most places have skipped this. Was appreciated!

The room was really nice and the breakfast was really good.
What I didn't like was the fact that the hot tub was down for all 3 days. I would think that somebody would be able to come in and make a simple repair within a day.

The room AC temperature control didn’t work accurately and was consistently colder than the set point by 2-4°F. Also the room service skipped a couple of days of cleaning.
