Disappointing Stay – Poor Comfort and Lack of Guest Care

We had booked a room for four people, including two children, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The air conditioning was not functioning properly at night, and by around 4:00 AM, we were struggling to get comfortable. We were offered a room with twin beds for four people, which made sleeping extremely difficult.

Due to the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements and lack of proper rest, we experienced back pain and decided to check out one night earlier than planned. What disappointed us even more was the lack of courtesy from the hotel management, who did not even enquire why we were leaving early or ask about our experience.

We had also paid approximately ₹250 for the room consumables through UPI at checkout. However, the following day, the hotel called to ask whether the consumables had been paid for, which was frustrating, especially considering that no one had bothered to ask about our stay or seek feedback on the issues we faced.

Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and the lack of attention to guest comfort and basic customer service made the experience even worse. We expected better hospitality, particularly when travelling with children. Unfortunately, we left disappointed and would have difficulty recommending this hotel based on our experience.

The bangining noise that started at 7 am and children running in the corridor late night and through out the day .So if you came just for a peaceful holiday to read and relax this was the wrong choice

No empathy, hotel is good otherwise
Pros:

Its location is very good and easy to get in and out without going through the city. At the same time it is pretty easy to go into the city centre from this place

Cons:

Continuous drilling without allowing us to sleep in the afternoon. They can’t give room next to the place where they are doing major civil work. Shows absolute lack of empathy to customers comfort.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very professional. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Cons:

The pictures were showing a swimming pool so we went with an expectation but the pool was under construction or rework. It was a big disappointment for us.
The in-house spa and massage center was displaying an 'offer' board at the reception but when we called them they say the offers are already ended. So why keep the board still?? (Their service was still good).

Worth the money
Pros:

Excellent stay..washrooms were clean n tidy.. restaurant food was delicious.
