I really liked the receptionist, Nurat; he gave me some tips on how to get to various places and where to grab a bite to eat. A free breakfast was also provided at one of the nearby cafés.

Η διαμονή μου ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο. Ιδιαίτερα θα ήθελα να τονίσω την εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από τον Μουράτ, ο οποίος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός, πρόθυμος και πάντα διαθέσιμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Η παρουσία του έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα καλύτερη. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!

La struttura si trova in una pozione ottimale vicina a torre Galata. La stanza era molto pulita e il personale molto accogliente soprattutto il ragazzo Murat alla reception che ci accolto magnificamente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale. Da vedere la loro terrazza, offre una bella vista.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. Also rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to relax in the evenings. Special thanks to Murat at the reception for his kindness and help. He accepted our delivery while we were out and provided an extra blanket when we asked

Отличный отель, с очень удобным расположением, все в пешей доступности, очень добродушный персонал, особенно Мурат, помог организовать трансфер в аэропорт, был отзывчив весь период проживания. Остались исключительно положительные эмоции всем советуем данный отель!!!

Pros:

Staff super simpático, sempre preocupados com o nosso bem-estar e com conselhos muitos bons sobre os locais a visitar, sítios onde comer e como ter a melhor experiência de Istambul.
A localização é formidável, perto do centro mas numa zona mais calma da cidade, onde podemos descansar e ter uma experiência mais local.
Os quartos são limpos, as instalações do hotel são muito acolhedoras e tem um terraço com uma vista deslumbrante sobre Istambul.
Sem dúvida o melhor desta experiência foi o atendimento, especialmente o senhor Oktay que nos ajudou muito a ter esta grande experiência com os seus conselhos, tornando a nossa estadia perfeita do início ao fim.
Na próxima visita a Istambul não iremos procurar nenhum hotel senão este!

Würden wir wieder buchen!

Die Lage war Top wir waren innerhalb 5 min bei der Fähre um auf die asiatische Seite zu fahren innerhalb 5 min an der Bushaltestelle um in die Stadt zu fahren. das Personal war 1A. Vorallem der etwas kleinere Herr mit der Glatze super süß und gastfreundlich. Hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und sogar ein Frühstück spendiert! Der sollte 100% eine Gehaltserhöhung bekommen!

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit hat ein bisschen gemangelt aber nichts wovor man sich ekeln würde.
