Pros:

Hotelul este foarte bine poziționat, aproximativ 3 minute de mers pe jos de gara Termini, care face legătura cu toate obiectivele turistice importante.
Personalul foarte amabil, bine organizat și atent ca toate detaliile sa fie puse la punct. În fața hotelului există și un mic magazin, iar în zona sunt multe reataurante cu mâncare foarte bună.
Recepția este deschisă 24/24, ceea ce face ca check-in-ul și check-out-ul să fie foarte simplu și rapid. Există o cameră de bagaje, suficient de mare și gratuită.
Un plus a fost și micul dejun care a fost bogat și diversificat, atât sărat cat și dulce (angajații erau foarte atenți să nu lipsească nimic de pe masă și completau foarte repede în cazul în care era nevoie). În fiecare zi au existat: iaurt (simplu și cu fructe), lapte (normal și de migdale), unt și cremă de brânză tartinabila, cereale/fulgi de porumb, fructe deshidratate, semințe de chia, gem, brânză, salam, 2 tipuri de șuncă, cașcaval (normal și afumat), salată, castraveți, roșii, porumb, măsline, sfeclă, cârnăciori, mozzarella, ouă fierte, pâine (integrală și normală), produse de patiserie (croissante cu diferite umpluturi) plăcintă cu fructe, panettone, biscuiți cu ciocolată, nutella, fructe proaspete (mere, banane, kiwi, pepene galben, ananas, portocale, piersici), suc de portocale/ananas/multifructe, ceaiuri și cafele.
Camerele sunt curate, bine îngrijite, și suficient de spațioase. Curățenia a fost făcută zilnic. În baie există uscător de păr și produse de igienă (săpun lichid de mâini, gel de duș, șampon). Nu am avut probleme cu căldura sau apa caldă.

Read my other review and the reviews of many other guests.
Pros:

I stayed here during January 2026 and had another reservation for 1 Feb. However, on 30 January the hotel canceled my booking and made a booking for me without my consent at another hotel. Read the Booking reviews and you will see thay have done the same to other guests. I refused to stay in the other hotel because of its low Booking.com reviews. All my Booking messages are ignored by the hotel and they did not refund the money I paid them

Pros:

I am very satisfied with my stay! The location is perfect and very convenient—you can easily find transport to any direction. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful whenever I needed something. Also, the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!
